I do strongman style training but I'm also in the process of becoming an ACE certified trainer. Vids like this are inspiring but scary at the same time. It's inspiring because it opens my mind up to new modifications of classic movements but scary because I'm afraid that I may not program for my clients right. Aw man lol.

1:503:03 weird video artifacts.. looks like you tried to use pixel motion frame interpolation to fake your slo-mo? Try using linear interpolation. It won't look as smooth but you won't have distracting artifacts.
Always been a fan of Regan, his front delts have great development, but I feel he's lacking a bit in the rear delt department, just my opinion. Regardless, great video guys 💪🏼💪🏼

It really disappoints me to see that even tho they claim different, he's done 6 front shoulder exercises... Even the side raise was mostly front shoulder.. Shoulder presses are mainly front shoulder.. the t-bar press was also just front shoulder.. And to top it all off, he did 2 rear delt exercises in a fashion that targets the traps instead of the rear delt.. you could see his shoulderblades come togetter in the movement.. wich indicates that he's lifting it with his back/trap muscles. Also science has shown that press movements for shoulders aren't that great for hypertrophy... correct side and rear delt raises are by far most effective. Doing front shoulder work isn't even important because it gets auto-targetted while doing chest and shoulder presses.
To all the young teenagers watching don't take the steroids like this guy has taken or you'll have a enlarged heart that will shorten your life span...

There's only soo much mass you can put on your deltoids as a natural drug free lifter. Lets be real a quarter or half an inch per side if you're fortunate ? As a natural bodybuilder, you need to have a wide and deep ribcage, long clavicles and a fairly narrow pelvis to look really big. Period. I found it important to make this statement because people do not realise this and advise those who have a bad structure to look at "juiced" bodybuilders for inspiration.

dont worry about these exercises demonstrated, these are for advanced pro bodybuilders. the basics work for 99% of the population
