    The key, are your fingers. Strengthen your hands and fingers by using grips. When doing front shoulder raises, squeeze your index finger as much as possible and tilt the weight outward as you raise it. If you raise it outward, you'll contract more of the inner front delt...... all that being said, the FINGERS are super important. Strengthen those forearms, hands and fingers so you can gain mind muscle coordination

  • @3mercutio3
    @3mercutio3 7 років тому +8

    When you were talking about one side of your body being more engaged in training than the other:
    That's very important (I'm glad, that you came up with this). Because on some poses you can really see it.
    Remember, the judges will also give points for symmetry, which isn't only about symmetry of upper to lower body.
    Not only does it affect your training, but also your posing. (look at the last picture of the video (both of you have this issue))
    I believe in you being able to fix this!
    Stay golden, brother

    • @3mercutio3
      @3mercutio3 7 років тому

      Your condition outperforms all of your "classic" idols.
      You're really on the way of combining classic and modern features.
      RevolutionaryWes all the way !!!!

    • @3mercutio3
      @3mercutio3 7 років тому

      (*I mean the second-last picture)
      You can also see it on your thumbnail.
      If I get it right: Try to keep your left scapula down doing a most muscular and other front poses.
      But don't let it distract you from other points to consider
      You will kill it !

    Great video tutorial, all made perfect sense. Too often it's all about the heaviest weights - your explanation about using a 'lighter-weight' (Eg: Reverse Dumbell Flyes) so as to isolate the muscle group and not 'tie-in' the the bigger muscles, such as the traps into the movement, thus preventing the rear delts from developing... Brilliant! Thank you.

      shooting tren will instantly make them round full striated like his shoulders . You can never get that extreme look by training them it's just the drug making your body store more glycogen in the muscles which have the most androgen receptors , which are delts traps and upper pecs, that's what creates this look. In some of his other videos where he looks way smaller it's because he's of the tren , don't get me wrong he still has crazy developed delts but you can see a huuuuge difference when on and of tren. If you start takeing it the first thing you notice is that your delts look more striated , full , round without being havier or loosing water/ bodyfat.

    ouch, 1:49 Image result for Acromion
    In human anatomy, the acromion (from Greek: akros, "highest", ōmos, "shoulder", plural: acromia) is a bony process on the scapula (shoulder blade). Together with the coracoid process it extends laterally over the shoulder joint. Pain down the road find alternate excercise. Hurts me to watch. Great training though!
