Amazing team you are, Camera Lady has the most gentle touch for catching slings and Dave, you have a gift at catching the "meanest" of the big girls and guys so patiently and smoothly that I rarely ever seen a stressed spider in your care when it comes to having to handle and move them. M. balfouri's are so beautiful, that mama stole my heart. She raised those babies up strong and healthy for you. Congratulations on another successful clutch xx
Mother spider was a beauty...such lovely colors! 48 baby spiders too, not bad at all! Thank you Dave and Camera Lady, take care and good luck with the small ones! Hugs, Susanne. 👋😊👍🕷🥰❤🤗
Dave, you guys are brilliant as ever. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of watching you and your brilliant Camera Lady. It seems like yesterday since I started watching you and was gobsmacked at the skill and care that you showed your beasties. Nothing seems to phase you. I’m so glad that the Facebook folk talked you into doing you tube or I’d have missed a real treat.
Beautiful girl isn't she. I found the sifting thru the soil for babies mesmerising. Thanks Dave but camera lady is the boss of the camera, Lol. Great teamwork!!
My gosh what a beautiful spider she is, Dave! Absolutely stunning! And camera lady sure is good at her job, look at her scoop up all those babies! Another great video, thanks for sharing it with us!! :)
A pleasure to watch Camera Lady’s patient, meticulous rounding up of the cute baby Balfouris. The whole process of egg sac and nursery web creation and then the epic capture, was quite something to watch. Thank you both for sharing this.
I've always been irrationally terrified of spiders but never been ok with people killing them all life is precious . Last Christmas I had a family member who wanted a tarantula and I had a friend who bred them so I ended up taking care of one for a month and totally grew a bond with the Tarantula lol. Now watching amazing videos like yours has got me obsessed with planning on getting one. Your videos have such an ease to them that makes anyone want to appreciate and care for these beautiful creatures . Thanks and cheers
I used to have an irrational fear. My friends, also breeders, helped me with knowledge. The more I learned about spiders, the less afraid I was. Of course now my partner laughs at me rescuing spiders in the house instead of running away screaming 😂😂😂 Videos like these helped a lot on the journey. Good luck!
What a beautiful spider! And you are lucky to have Camera Lady! How many women would put their hands in a box of dirt with lots of crawly spiders! Fantastic video, Dave. Thank you!
Another stunning video from you mate. I love how you progress with respect and care. You are soo lucky to have such an amazing and pretty assistent and camera lady... She surely makes half the success ... Well done ...👏👏👏
One of the rare bits of footage, where we actually get a glimpse of the elusive Mrs Dave........well, her hands anyway. What an absolutely stunning pair of hands. Look at the beautiful colouration of those fingernails. If you look closely, you can just about make out a blindingly gold ring around her finger. Absolutely amazing!
This content is very interesting. I’ve never really been interested in keeping spiders, and I’ve never been terribly frightened of them either. Why I stopped to watch a vid? I’m not sure but here I am. I’m now a subscriber and really do enjoy getting the notifications. This is so educational for me.
Haha I always feel right rotten when I have to pull an egg sac, even though I know full well the spider will forget about it very quickly. I feel terrible whenever I have to destroy webbing too, I just can't help it. Lovely video by the way, I have a balfouri sling myself and it's the biggest pet hole of all my spiders. I only know it's even still there because the food disappears. Your adult female is absolutely gorgeous, it's one of my favorite species.
Hey Dave, another educational video a great one. And I must say the camera lady did a great job!! I don't know if she gets enough recognition or so..😊 but her job is just as important as yours I'm sure what she did there was not easy at all like you said very patient and very time consuming.. like I said before in the past I enjoy your videos so much keep them coming and can't wait to see the next one .... Cheers
I find your videos so relaxing. I have to say I never ever thought I would say this. Your channel is not just informative but shows how kind and caring you are with your spiders.
Good Morning Beastie Team ☕ My first thought at 2:08 : What a Masterpiece of Art is that Web looking! Just stunning. The Babys are bigger already then my Jumping Spider. Your Video is perfect teaching as always. 👍 Have a nice Day Beastie Team
I've only just now had these videos come across my recommended and I'm honestly scared to death by spiders, but the way he talks about them and shows them makes them all seem really charming. Now I've got the feeling of "it'd be real neat to be a spiderkeeper"
For right now, just having my partner allow me to keep tarantulas is a miracle in and of itself. It's very cool to see you guys in action, team work makes the dream work!
She certainly is a gorgeous T and her babies look good, well done Camera Lady your skills are amazing and so gentle you and Dave make a great team, another great vid and lookin forward to the next ...
Absolutely fascinating! When I was younger my boyfriend & I had tarantulas and we thought we knew it all - we knew nothing! I love how informative your videos are (thank you too, Camera Lady!)
What a beautiful mom!!! 😍 And she really seems in perfect condition... I enjoyed the catching of all those "enfants" very much. And once again my respect for the camera lady. That is what steady hands looks like! I asked myself: Would my (ex-arachnophobian) wife do this handling of those small spiders too? 🤔 Maybe....
Mama balfouri is a stunning girl! Great video. Oh and please tell Camera Lady she has gorgeous 💅🏻 love that color, and she's wonderful with the spiderlings.😃
Camera Lady has the patience of a saint lol I could not have sat and gone through all of that. To think those tiny little spiders are going to grow into such a big spider 😃
Hey Dave! I hope you’re well! I had actually watched this Monday night after my shift but once again, I haven’t had the chance to leave a comment until now. This ( along with the GBB and the Brazilian Jewels ) are one of my favourite spiders, very pretty, the blue is just very cool! I really like how Camera Lady loves counting the slings and putting them in the pots! I can see how it’s relaxing, hey I’d come help but 1: COVID 🦠 and 2: I’m in Canada and you’re in the UK. Anyway the point is I like how she likes doing that and enjoys it!😂👍 Very awesome and informative video overall Dave! You have the right balance between funny ( funny things happen in almost every video, unintentional most of them ) and educational! See you in a few hours Dave! I’m writing this late on Wednesday night lol. Hope you and Camera Lady and the Beasties and the FISH are well!
Hi Dave I don't know much about tarantula's, but they are so amazing. That Belfouri was so beautiful. That webbing was awesome. How long did it take her to make all of the webbing? She is such a good mom. Blue is my favorite color. You, and camera lady are so gentle with them. They are so fast. Camera lady has so much patience trying to catch them all. Love all of your videos. 🕷️🕸️♥️Cindy
magical PROFF with another fine result for the beastie room. now PROFF that fine lady, our favourite camera lady will need you to get the cash out and pay for her to have her nails redone after her performance. thanks guys take care
Think you should publish care books and maybe DVDs. Think be big hit. Lot things I change with my tarantuals and some true spiders things being going better
Congrats on the successful breeding, Dave ! You and Camera Lady are doing a fantastic job rounding up those slings. I truly do hope to get the experience to do this myself at some point in the future. Stay safe and thanks for sharing :)
Fantastic video Mr and Mrs Dave 😍😍😍 and.... thank you for the reassurance that mum isn't pining for her stolen babies!!! You did make me 🤣🤣🤣 cause I know I'm one of those ppl 😍😍😍
The babies' camouflage is really impressive. Camera lady's fingers sift through the webbed up compost and suddenly a "piece of leaf" scampers off looking for someplace dark to hide. Watching was quite a bit of fun.

She was a good mommy with awesome babies. Thank you.
The Misses is so gentle. Like handling tiny new born babies
You two have to make her sorting out the babies a regular thing on this channel, that was so satisfying to watch.
You should introduce us to the camera lady someday !
