I really like your style of cooking adobo! I like how its drier and less soupy. Searing the pork before boiling really adds a nice flavour to it😋 I add chillis on mine for a spicy kick🌶🔥

At my age now, 70 years at passion co talaga ang nasa kitchen para magluto, iba ang method mo sa sming mga kapampangan dishes, of course masarap magluto ang mga kapampangan pero subukin co ang lahat ng bagong paraan galing sa iyo, at thankful aco at napanood ko mga nice video mo, sulit ba talaga, pero mystery ca talaga, nice music, gentle na mga kamay, perfect cutting, sapat na ,,,kahit hindi ca nagpapakita,, nor talking,, caya ,,okey na rin,, more power ,, much thanks always...
