Consider this: All instruments and vocals are recorded dry to seperate tracks at each concert. After a couple of concerts, you therefore have multiple takes of all the parts and you can tinker them together just like after a studio recording session. This will result in an almost perfect "live" recording: a combination of the best performances (for each instrument / vocal), topped off with the same post processing that is done with studio productions. If you want to judge live performances without actually being there yourself, bootlegs are your best bet. There's also a video of "In and out of love" from this concert. You can tell right away in the intro that what you see is not what you hear... to say the least.
