    I love the continuous flow in this cardio workout, because it is over in no time! My mind has no time to think that "this is tough" or " I am tired". And it was great fun too!Thank you Amy for always making workouts that are doable.

    loved it! like building on the exercises and like that you are not doing them for over a minute but aim for 30-40 seconds!

    This is definitely not my favorite format and I was able to stick with it because it was so short! I also LOVED the sneaky (not so?) shoulder mobility. Maybe it was yesterday's workout but I loved all the movement up there, I have such tight neck and shoulders always and appreciate the attention. I am feeling it and so grateful for this quick workout!

    This was a fun, cute' basement dance party!
    I liked the instrumental workout music. It was giving 80s vibes for some reason. 😅
