This all-bodyweight, heart-pumping cardio workout uses a continuous flow to provide conditioning, high-intensity intervals, and lots of core work! Both high- and low-impact options are available.
This is definitely not my favorite format and I was able to stick with it because it was so short! I also LOVED the sneaky (not so?) shoulder mobility. Maybe it was yesterday's workout but I loved all the movement up there, I have such tight neck and shoulders always and appreciate the attention. I am feeling it and so grateful for this quick workout!
