Ingredients :
5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
75ml (60g) corn oil(玉米油)
100ml milk (鲜奶)
65g (1/2 cup) plain flour(普通面粉)
2 tbsp corn starch (玉米粉)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1/8 tsp salt (盐)
1tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
75g (1/3 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
80g blueberry pie filling (蓝莓果酱)
蛋糕上面的紋路也太美了吧! 好舒服的感覺

I just tried to make yesterday using 6” round pan as my other pans too big. Turn out nice and fluffy and soft. I also reduce the sugar amount by 10g. But still taste nice👍

Hi Kathrine, may I check how to prevent the blueberry jam to sink to the bottom. And the cake also deflate a lot after removing from the oven to cool. Tq for your kind reply

Can i use cupcakes linner do. Can i use low protein flour. use cupcakes do but need shorted baking time. Preheat oven celcius And minute is how many . Use cupcakes want to put water bath. Oven want to off fan force. Please reply me

It's not cooked yet. Depending on the oven, sometime you have to bake it longer.
