What does the green swirl mean? And how do we get rid of it? (My power just went off and came back on eventually but now there’s a green swirl button.. ) does it have something to do with the AC, and will go off on its own eventually once the temperature gets back to where it should be?

I just replaced my dsc 5500 keypad with Neo keypad. But I'm getting a system fault "call for service"and my keypad keys won't work except the # key. Can you please abide to fix this issue, I'll appreciate it
You have to know one of the two. Either the old master code or the installer code. If you know the old master you tip the following (* 5 old master 01 new master # #). In some firmware versions the system will ask for confirmation for the new master.
Me - so how do you change the batteries? Manual - you see those two tiny slots at the bottom? stick a metal screw driver in there, then dig into the surrounding soft plastic to pry away until you get lucky. Me - Awesome! thanks manual Manual - De Nada

That's at the 28 sec mark of the video. It indicates the system is on AC power.
I just got once of these installed and put in my code and it said the code was not valid,Do I have to press the star key first then the code

the power series is keybus, the neo series is combus, so a neo keypad will only work with a neo system.
