I use special Jellysugar to make jam. Its two parts fruit on one part jam. Honey and lemon is up to own taste.

Can you use honey instead of sugar?

Hi Yada, I dont really know. I mean I used special sugar that also has a gelling agent in it . So if you would use honey you would have to use something else to make it solid, also honey might have an over powering taste. I guess it would be an idea just to experiment with it, make a very small amount first to see if it works. Found this healthfully.com/483759-how-to-make-jam-with-honey.html Have not tried it myself but you might wanna give it a go.

@@OUTSIDEMOORE_ANDMOORE Its this kind of sugar that is special for making Jam, not sure what you call it in English but you use 1 kg of fruit and 500 gr of this type of sugar. The link has a picture of the type of sugar I use. lucianaskitchen.nl/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/IMG_4859-1-600x800.jpg
