Wow, now those are really Shrimp Chips (prawn crackers)! They used to be easy to find here in Victoria, BC, Canada (the dried ones) but now not so much. I bet your recipe has much more shrimp. I will definitely try them! Thanks for all the great videos.
I've always wondered how you get from prawns to prawn crackers and this video answers quite a bit of that! Looks really cool to try out but a bit time consuming when laying each individual piece to dry tho ahahah

I have been looking for shrimp crisps forever! Every bag I found had extra nasty ingredients and did not taste like when food tasted in the older days. So glad I came across this video. Mmmm home cooked shrimp crisps without the added yuk! Thank you for the video.
This is an interesting recipe, I would experiment to make a vegan version, even if it doesn't taste like shrimp I'm sure there are spices and veggies that can make this snack just as tasty. I had tried these a long time ago but it was a store bought version, my grandmother used to fry them. I never knew how they were really made though, pretty interesting!
