Potato peeler is how I peel my kiwi. It’s quick and easy and doesn’t waste so much fruit.

I think there's another similar option that worked pretty well for me. I cut both ends off, stood it on end and just made a vertical cut of the outer skin and then peeled off the peel with my fingers. It leaves a lot more of the fruit because it just removes peel.

It's so time consuming, though. Unless you constantly have access to a brand new, razor sharp peeler, it gets caught and/or cuts into the flesh.

The fastest way to eat a kiwi is to cut the extremities, then cut it in half horizontally and vertically so that you end up with half circles that fit your bite mark. You separate the skin with each bite instead of doing surgery every time you want one.
