Quick Tip: CTRL+Shift+D duplicates the nodes with connections still attached 🤗 Great tutorial. You and southernshotty are by far the top blender youtube creators right now, but what sets you slightly ahead is you go the extra mile to show how to get the final render looking on point 👌
for merge by distance with a non-spherical object (that still takes up most of its convex hull) you can scale the whole volume by some 3D factor, merge the points by distance, and then run an inverse scale to get back to where you were so for e.g. a cylinder you can: 1) scale the volume 'lengthways' down to be 1:1 with the other dimensions, 2) put points on the volume & run merge by distance, 3) and then scale it back up so that the points are more sparsely spread in the length direction ^-^
You could have just used two set position nodes to create the secondary particle systems and and joined the geometry afterwards, then use a scale instance node to create the effect.
this the man has better then Ryan king art and many others because there talk to much and move the move to quirkily just keep showing me it yours I grab key up the great work fellow blender man
Such a great tutorial, so easy to follow along and make some cool stuff. If I wanted to have the particles rotate at random what would be the best way to go about it? or even have them animated like if a school fish was to look like it was swimming through the water? Thank you!
Looks very interesting but not exactly tha same you have showed as an example from the beginning of this video. That was really cool.... What software he has used for this effect?
Hey! I love your videos, and I'll most likely sub on your patreon! Everything seems to work fine for me, but i ran into a problem - my directions are strangly mixed, and for example, when i have added the tubes to geometry nodes, and checked all things, every tube was widened, and was facing up, instead of the camera location ( i tried placing everything like you did in the video). Any idea why did this happen? Thanks :) Edit: Ok, i got it (kind of) - i needed rotate instances and scale instances. Worked as i needed

Absolutely blew my mind the moment when the loop is there! 😯Cool tut like always!
I know! I love figuring out the loops
This went 0 to whoa 😮 in less than 5 seconds 👍🏾💯 Pretty cool!
Haha I’m glad you think so!
@@TheDucky3D do you have some advice to beginner like me how to start?
You are the master blender scientist!
I try
Such unusual uses of the Blender.

Sweet I’ll check this out
Love the creativity! Don't know how you come up with this stuff, but I'm liking it!
Thanks!
This is really cool Ducky!
Also I'm looking forward to buying your course sometime in the next few months!
This deserves more views
Wonderful! WIll defintily look into those tutorials Subscribed ofcourse!
A whole range of emotions here. 😊
Lol
To randomize the rotation you can plug a random value into each slot of the Instance on points Nodes. :)
Totally Tubular Dude! Awesome as always. Thanks for this.
wow that is awesome.
thx for sharing this 🙏
I’m glad you liked it!
Man, thank you, this is really nice useful and interesting to watch
Glad it was helpful!
Love your videos, you keep me inspired to work on more 3d work. I have been trying out Houdini but started my journey with you on Blender
FYI, you can do the transform on the points, that way you only need 1 instance node.
You could have just used two set position nodes to create the secondary particle systems and and joined the geometry afterwards, then use a scale instance node to create the effect.
easy and full of knowledge bro, thanks
Thank you!
this is Amazing ! thanks for tutorial !
Huge thanks for the tutorial!
LOVE THIS CHANNEL!!!!! Thank you for the gems!
Thank you!
The actual blender goat :D
You’re my fighter 💪🏽
Been waiting on this tut since i saw it on ig
Great!

Mind-blowing tutorial as always. Any plan on making a discord server?
Love from Kenya 🇰🇪
Very nice tutorial! I also make animations, would you like to see them?
Your thumbnail is something and tutorial is other y

came here looking for a way to use this for an error message loop just to see you did almost the exact same idea @ 3:18 - kinda discouraged now ngl 😅
Cool effector
Thanks

Awesome !!🙌🏻
Hey, Ducky! Pls make video about advance bending animation
Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge.
Of course!
rock star!
Love from Egypt ❤
أهلا
I'm from Egypt

Thank you!!
give a oscar for ducky 3d🔥🔥
I’ll take it
hii :) what is the equivalent of using shift + right click to add that point in the nodes on mac?
when I add a Tubes Collection my Geometry Nodes become hidden
Fantastic tut. Thanks
watched the video for emoji tutorial didnt find it
i love ur because i understand
I’m glad to hear that
😍
Blender needs new particle system.
I use geometry nodes instead of
How to add emoji texture in the object
That what im trying to figure out
Amazing bro, I was waiting to see how you made the emojis material🥲😆
pleased 1 anime edit video now please
Wow I’m early 😂
You sure are
