my power chords arent the greatest but its really hard for me to do kurt cobain type power chords, so thats why im positioning my fingers so weirdly lolll
a little bit to much brumming, to much bass. But all in all great. Please think Kurt use a unique Aluminium guitar for the Recorded version and a quad reverb...... that makes a lot difference. and in the most case (Live and other Recordings) was with Fender Jaguar (modifyed) Mustang (Modifyed) and in some live shows a Strat with Humbucker I mean it not evil or somthing, only few informations :)
yeah i knew that he had used like the neck pickup of steve albinis valino (allegedly, not sure exactly but thats what it sounds like) but the pickups of mine are similar, thanks for the feedback tho!! ill be using it, ill turn the bass down a bit on my amp. rn i just have a line 6 with a celestian speaker
Keep seeing people claiming the Veleno was used for xyz song on In Utero and is the whole sound of the album but this is almost certainly false. It was likely used on a few specific songs or overdubs as Steve claims, but we don’t know which apart from Very Ape. Nothing else has been confirmed. All we know for certain are the details provided from documents and those who were at the session. Steve mentions the Hi-Flyer, Mustang and a ‘Jazzmaster’ (likely referring to the Jaguar). I believe the Ferrington was also confirmed to have been there, so it would be equally as likely to have been any one of those guitars.
@@cafmittens Could well have been! Very likely we will never know for sure unfortunately. The main things are really the pedals, speakers and (most importantly IMO) the mics and placement. The guitar is important too of course but the majority of any sound is those 3 factors.
haha we do powerchords the same way. playing any nirvana song always puts a wild strain on my wrist
Amazing
Sounds like the right tone mate 👍
Sounds cool!
nice!
Lol ur style of playing is the same as mine
Good job! 👍
