    1. Listen to your body's signal (eating only when hungry)
    2. Avoid eating late at night (eat last meal 2-3 hrs before bed)
    3. Avoid over eating (smaller meals throughout the day)
    4. Eating food which supports the gut health (easy to digest foods- fruits, ginger, lemon juice, vegetables, rice)
    5. Exercise regularly
    6. Breathe deeply
    7. Practice mindful eating (avoid eating when stressed and eating slowly)
    8. Chew food properly
    9. Avoid processed and junk food
    10. Manage stress

    Maa you say that we should eat when we are hungry but what if i am not hungry at 7 and then get hungry at 8 ir 9 what to do then please help me i have this question in my mind from a long time 🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Actually I have digestive disorder because of which I experience pain bloating and discomfort almost daily and dur which I sometime don't feeling eating at 7 so then what will be the best solution to this
      Actually the disease is not curable

    Is kefir or yoghurt recommended with IBS or is it better to avoid it?

      Namaste, Kefir has the potential to promote a favourable bacterial balance in the large intestine, improve lactose digestion, and perhaps improve stool consistency. Even though dairy products are the major culprits of discomfort for some IBS sufferers, yoghurt proves to be an exception. The live cultures in the yoghurt break down the lactose, so it's less likely to cause gassy symptoms.

    Namaste mam from 2 months i have gastric problem and kind of stress and anxiety, do not know is due to stess i have digestion issue or due to digestion issue i have stess shown it for auyrvedic doctor but its not yet fully comfortable , even am not eating process food and junk food. Even not getting good sleep , feeling imbalance please suggest 🙏
