  • We will travel through time and history from the hand of the very latest archaeological research to show the mysteries of bright civilizations that existed before the Inca Empire. The Taihuanaco culture and its ceremonial centers, which today shamans use to worship the sun burning amulets. The Chimu culture, whose heyday was the city of Chan Chan, which reached a population of 100,000 people. In the Moche culture, evidences of human sacrifices will be found, together with sophisticated techniques of mummification. Furthermore, the Huacas archaeological sites are thousands. We will not fail to visit the tomb of Lord Sipan, and finally we will be visiting those who became the lords of the Andes: the Incas and its sacred land Machupicchu.

Stupid grave robbers sell their loot and make a little bit of money one time. They should build a museum and put the finds in it, make money as long as tourists come to see the beautiful artifacts

All those ancient civilizations are fascinating, it's just that grave robbers are destroying their archaeological remains that could allow us to learn more about our historical past.

Btw, the government has limited resources but why not hire a few more of the guys who are ransacking the tombs and train them to help excavate them properly.
You’d need less police to guard the sites, you’d get the excavations done more quickly, and you’d be helping provide jobs to help these poor guys take care of themselves, their families, and communities…

Christ imagine having your skull "operated on" whilst tripping on San Pedro. Talk about a bad trip. What an absolute fucking nightmare these people endured.

Why in the hell would you use early 90s porno guitars during the intro of a documentary about Inca? 🤣 Who chose the soundtrack? As if they’re aren’t 100000 Andean bands to choose from.
