That was a logical explanation
The only time I've ever felt sunglasses were necessary was when I was driving. Outside of that I enjoyed the brightness of my environment and full sun on my brown skin
Thanks for bringing this to the table Dr. Janine Blessings ❤

Hi Dr. Janine and Team,
I can't remember the last time that I wore sunglasses. I must have worn them as an adult at some point but it must have been many years back. What I have been trying to wear though occasionally in these past bunch of years like near bedtime is blue light blocking glasses however it is now more recently in this past year or more that I stopped being afraid of wearing these a lot and what people may think. I definitely learned from you that we need to be wearing those kinds of glasses with our devices which includes television as well and we need them to help us that we can fall asleep later at bed time. So outside however in the real world I do not wear them as we need that sunlight and I understand that we cannot get that natural sunlight just by being in the house like our head would have to be out of a window receiving the rays of the sun as those rays won't go through the window. I do have a good question though which is that I understand that we need that sunlight in the morning hours but what about in the afternoon like for example 4:00? I understand that we need our bodies to start recognizing the evening and I did learn from you about having dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime so it is good if we can be having dinner at 5:00. So like let's say it is still sunny outside for example 5:00 because of the spring and summer, is it good that we don't receive the sunlight if we are outside at these later times and instead wear blue light blocking glasses? Or should we still receive the natural sunlight at these later hours, just that we should wear the blue light blocking glasses? Because like if I was allowing a lot of sunlight to come into my eyes in these later hours, that may disrupt me with being able to easily go to sleep at bed time.
My eye doctor told me to wear them because I have bad eye allergies

What about cataracts?
We suggest checking out Vitatree's Eye and Vision Support available online at us.vitatree.com/eye-vision-support/ It contains Lutein and whole food natural herbal medicines to support the macula and lens of the eye. Fish oil helps as well with supporting eye health. Check out Dr. Janine's other content for more info! - Team Dr. Janine
I always wear sunglasses and I sleep really well at night. 🤔🌞
I've had cataract surgery and i can't even open my eyes on a very bright afternoon.
I love you and you channel but living in Australia 🇦🇺 I have to disagree with some of your reasons in this short video 🎉Sorry to say it often depends on your environment eg in the Southern hemisphere countries, the ozone layer has been affected causing the UV ray to be much stronger eg Australia has the highest overall rate of melanoma of skin in 2020, followed by New Zealand. So for me I’ll be wearing my sunnies and watching how long I spend in the sun ❤🇦🇺😎
What about macular degeneration which is ignited by sunlight as they argue...
This makes me question your credentials
Is excessive exposure to sunlight the major cause of pterygiums? Or is this a big fat lie also?
Tom Cruise, Ozzy Osborne, Robert Redford et al would probably disagree just on the cool factor alone.😊
Love it!!!! Lol😂
What about for blue eyed ppl tho??
Seriously? 😎
First I heard of this 👀 where is this data corroborated ?
Did you just hold up fake poop? 😂
😅😂 That is Dr. Janine's poop platter! She uses it in her videos discussing digestive health and poops, check out this video for more ua-cam.com/users/shorts1yFRHWFGUFs - Team Dr. Janine
