    Do you have a list of supplement brands that you recommend? It's so hard to find ones that are pure without the stearate

    Green tea is excellent, green tea "extract" in supplements has been reported on PubMed to cause liver failure. Thank you for all of your videos, lot of excellent info!

    Can you give us the brand name of the vitamins so we can take them. Can you get the green tea by drinking it or only in a pill. I learn a lot from you. Tell us what vitamins and things to eat for osteoporosis & osteoarthritis if you know.

      @doctorjanine would love to know your thoughts on Dr. Ken D. Berry's video on calcium. He says we should not take calcium and talks about the lack of studys ever done on it.

    no snacking means stay in starvation mode while taking care of a very demanding baby and going to bed with an empty stomach means starving and not sleeping and being stressed exhausted and staaarving the next morning and day... the main problem here is there is no tips to cope ( actually cope) with the brutal hunger that comes with leptin resistance

      Have you tried eating a large breakfast that is high protein low fat? This can help suppress the hormone Ghrelin, which signals us to be hungry. Also Aerobic excessive can help suppress Ghrelin and so can healthy Unsaturated fats.
      Just thought I wld share so you cld look I to it for yourself and see if it's helpful.
