    I love your videos!! Please, could you include the amount of active ingredient advised for the supplements.
    Also, I regularly consume i.e. Ashwaganda, maca and turmeric in powder form in smoothies or other meals. Is that similar to supplement capsules? And how to know the amount of a tive ingredient in those products. I prefer those because I know I am getting pure ingredient and organic. But are supplements more extracted for of those ingredients? Many thanks!!!

    Don't forget the black pepper when taking Turmeric as it's the spark plug needed to start that engine !

      It’s better to take with some healthy fat like extra virgin olive oil or an avocado for better absorption

      @@kevinchavis2755 @me734 Healthy fats AND black pepper are the real powerful combo. I used to have a client that made a product called Nutmeric (you can still Google it and find a few pages about it). Sadly it's no longer available, but the creators were chemists and professors. Anyway, it was almond butter, black pepper, turmeric/curcumin... and a few other things. Some people disagree about taking coconut oil, I think it's great and that would also be considered by many to be another healthy fat that would pair well with turmeric/curcumin.

    🙋🏻‍♀️I have a question:
    I just picked up a bottle of Ginkgo Biloba by Jamieson @ 4,000 mgs. I’m reading the warning on the side of the bottle that says do not take GB if I take Fish Oil. Well, I do. I take Omega 3-6-9 @1,200 mgs. So is GB safe to take or not?? I am confused. I want to protect my brain as much as I can as my Mom passed away from Alzheimer’s in 2021. Is GB safe to take right now???

    Algae based DHA supplements are widely recommended as a better alternative to fish oil.

    I just watched the medical medium and he said fish oil is the worst possible thing that you could possibly take. There are too many heavy metals in it. And they are too concentrated. He did say krill would be the best one to take if you had to take it, but you would rather just eat the fish.

    • @missssy
      @missssy 3 місяці тому +1

      But it is from the same fish, isn't it? If wild and aught it contains heavy metals and micro plastics. Not even talking about farmed fish...
      So, if it's an extract i.e. oil, at least it's a small dose instead of eating whole fish and that weight of contaminated product. No?
      Anyways, I consume plant based omega 3s. Not sure if it gives the same benefits but I really enjoy the taste 🤷🏼‍♀️
