This channel has great information and advice for hair loss and regrowth but I have to call out your dermaroller, it uses bladed wheels instead of individual needles and the needle count is too high and the depth ideally for regrowth should be 1.5 mm. If anyone is interested in dermarolling please watch some videos on fake vs real dermaroller as unfortunately this one seems to be a fake.
Hair follicles never die. Damage on scalp reverse hair loss by stimulating growth factors. 78 years old man reversed hair loss when his scalp burned. Microneedling create small damages on scalp that stimulates growth factors.
So I got my free dermaroller a little over a month ago, and been using it with Finasteride, minoxidil, and the scalp massages for just the past month and my gains have been fucking amazing. I'm 30 and my hair loss wasn't that advanced I'd say pretty moderate, I started Finasteride and minoxidil like 2 years ago which did stop my hair loss but I wasn't really regrowing much so you could still tell I had male pattern baldness. Adding the dermarolling once a week plus scalp massages twice daily helped DRAMATICALLY in one month for me, it's like the hair that's growing back isn't the thin baby hairs it's like thicker real hair, I feel like this has stopped my hair miniaturization in it's tracks. I can't wait to see how it'll be in like 6 months. No bullshit over here I really think if you do all 4 methods most ppl will see some kinda improvement.
