@@seitensifr3001 hey. It worked well for me. Derma rolling, essential oils, an organic dht blocker tablet by plix, coffee water and rosemary water combined. I didn't have to worry about hairfall for a while. My hair was healthy, newer hairs came through and turned terminal. In the month of May I went to visit my relatives and the water there fucked the progress up unfortunately. The water was bad, probably salty hard water idk. But yeah since then I went to level one and started losing hair. So I started my process all over again. Since the dht blocker by plix isn't available I bought something called Activist Hairtone. It's been only 5 days since I started consuming it but it's stopped my hairfall substantially. So yea getting back on track. As I write this I'm winding up my derma rolling session and gonna oil my head with essential oils.

I recommend using the lowest # of needles in the dermaroller you purchase. 192 is the least I've seen. In order to reach the pin depth into your scalp, more needles like the most commonly available/sold is 512. The 512 hurts like hell! More needles means more pain/less penetration. Low # of needles means more passes but less pain. I'm using a 1.5mm with good results.

I have a 1 mil and 0.5 mil derma roller. If I press it enough for the 1 mil to penetrate full depth I get blood everywhere. I'm talking lots of blood. I went to a clinic and the the guy there laughed and said "no way". 1 mil is way too deep. He recommends not perforating the scalp as the scar tissue will be detrimental to hair growth. He said if there is blood it is too deep. Mild redness with occasional red dots of blood is what you should aim for.

Yes questions unanswered - length of pins - some people say 0.5mm is longest you should go for scalp and 1mm is too deep, what do you think? Dermaroller needs replacing after 10-15 uses, is there any that will last longer? Titanium or Stainless Steel pins, which is best? What about natural oils to speed up hair growth process, what do you think of castor oil, coconut oil or a drop of peppermint oil?

I saw a discussion with a dermatologist on UA-cam and he seemed skeptical if it would work, but suggested if using it, probably no less than 2-3 times per week to see any results. Also, you don't think spraying it with 91-99% isopropyl rubbing alcohol then letting it dry would be good enough? Soaking it you go through quite a lot of alcohol unless you're reusing it.

I wont apply it directly on the scalp but it can happen that some of it might reach the scalp ...

Is anyone going to acknowledge that the first study quoted used triamcinolone acetonide before and after micro needling? This seems pretty important but this guy couldn’t even pronounce it and said “this thing”. I looked it up and it’s a prescription topical steroid used for eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. It also says you shouldn’t use it for more than 2 weeks. There’s definitely more to be explained about this but its simply overlooked in this video
