These builds kill me. I always go from "OH I want one" to seeing the price and saying "Shit".
Yep. Dunno about anyone else, but Covid put a major dent in my disposable income. Otherwise I might actually consider buying this machine.
@@totophi It's the governments that did the lock downs, not covid. Covid did not put a dent in your disposable income, the government did. But yeah, I hear ya, I've worked about 2 months in the last year
I always look at the price first now before I even watch the video lol....Saves me from disappointment
It's good to see that not only, we the third world crowd see this and think that way. I'm just hoping one day I get the spare money to build up an all in one arcade with one of these babies -_-
Buying aPC you can’t install a graphics card in is like buying a car that tops out at 30mph. You’re better off just buying an old Dell Optiplex for the money.
Thanks for adding the box art, nice touch now!
Just picked up the Ryzen 7 model. This is exciting
Lol now i know i been a big fan of this channel because when eta said ill start light with dreamcast lol light i remember like last week light was nes snes lol man emulation is moving forward so fast man im loving this. Thanks eta only show i trust with emulation.
I was actually thinking about something like this! You are such a champ! Thank you for the amazing content, gotta find me one!
continue the wonderful work!! i like your channel four and a half years now!!!
It may be a beast but just look at how cute it is.
Just like you 😚☺
if they used Radeon RX Vega 11 at the same clock speed in this mini pc it would preform better
It reminds me of the PlayStation 2 so much!
@@d.shadocx9277 *PS2 slim 🙃
Awesome. I have a ryzen apu myself and I didn't even know that there was an operational ps3 emulator out there
Thank you for including Sega Saturn.
Glad to see you do some switch testing. The emulator's not perfect yet.It has a lot of work left but over all the games i play are actually good with yuzu. The one game that works but have to restart the whole time because it doesn't load every time is Diablo 3.For that i use Ryujinx.I did try it on my brothers 2400g and 3400g and it didn't have the best performance.
Can't wait to pick one of these up used on eBay for $100 in 3-4 years!
Yeah I can't wait for the price to down, I'll put one that in my arcade cabinet. By that time PS3 emulation will have more progress too.
You are smart
@@msmander87 what about ps4? Is there any development?
It looks like 70% playable right now, wow I didn't think about that. I have a PS4 haha. I'm sure my PC can't handle that, cool to think about though.

Dont even dream of it for a few years
Omg these AMD-based mini-pc's from Lenovo are awesome. Too bad they aren't available for purchase in Brazil!
Love your vids bro
8 years forward they will end up in corpo trash bin under the stairs. We need to wait.
What shall we do in the interim, m'lord?
good to be in a complex with secure bin access
good idea choom
Greetings from Greensboro :)
nice demo, the 4650G continues to impress, and ThinkCentre Tiny is a great home for one
I'm surprised how well GT4 runs in the PS2 emulator on this
Being able to run Rogue Squadron at 2K at full speed is really impressive.
Hey, could you test this machine with Batocera? I like to see these machines as dedicated gaming rigs and hopefully one day will be able to run windows games without a desktop environment at all, such as windows 10 or gnome.
This little thing is kicking butt
Awesome man! I would love to get one of those...will it emulate Teknoparrot games. I want to build a seperate unit just for Teknoparrot and some type of Frontend. Can you make a video to aid me. Thanks
Awesome Awesome review!!! Hey ETA, I was wondering if next time you do one of these and you hit PS2, could you include Shadow of the Colossus? With upscaling, it is one of the most beautiful games ever made! Also, how does Medal of Honor: Frontline look when it's upscaled to something like 6x or 8x? It's my favorite war game.
I am still in love with the Hades Canyon...
Hello, bro you show us amazing things
“ Starting off light” That’s what I say at the beginning of a night out, and then I end up pucking up in a gutter at 3 am in the morning
Got my RasPad 3 for the RPi 4 yesterday. They should of called it the RasPad 4. Very Nice. I was running Twister OS... My Favorite Pi 4 OS and PiKiss. Only wish they would make a 14 Inch screen version.
Great video as usual. Btw, the link for the pc gaming video is not in the description.
That price is painful though.
Don't worry, if you are in the US biden got you covered with his $$$ checks lol

This is very impressive to be honest. I want it now.
I've come to the conclusion that it is cheaper to dream to own one of these machines than it is to buy one...........

Ok, look, I love watching you videos, Mr. ETA, but, I just like to add PSP roms and emulators onto my ACTUAL Modded PSP and play the ACTUAL hardware, but It's always awesome to see a powerful PC running PSP. But I'm saying this because I've got 2 of the God of War games on PSP. I think those two games are FANTASTIC!
Waiting for that Aya Neo review.
Amazing system. If you're gonna build a retro gaming station this is all you need. Can you add more ram? What about the internal hdd?
Great video as usual. But you forgot to add the link for the first video.
For anyone looking to buy this some time soon, it's already discontinued by Lenovo. You will need to be quick if you find one in stock, else you'll be buying on eBay until the 5600G (or similar) comes in a small form factor. Anyone doubting this info can look for themselves on Lenovo's US website. The UK one says "coming soon" but that's not going to happen.
Hello ETA Prime! The X400 has the same specs but you cautioned that PCSX2 lags a bit there but it works flawlessly in this machine. What's their difference?
I would love to see you review a Ryzen 3 4350g powered system. It's seems like they can be had for pretty cheap and it would be interesting to see how the Vega 6 GPU on the 4 core 8 thread cpu handles emulation and light windows gaming
You've shown Skate 3 running well on 4750G so, what do you think is bottlenecking it here, lack of CPU threads, weaker GPU, or simply lower TDP?
Amazing
Finally a reasonably priced Ryzen miniPC. Normally they have a bunch of minisforum ads on here - which while decent looking machines - are vastly overpriced. This thing looks decent for 500$.
Probably if you throw in a 135w power adapter the performance will increase a bit. At least that's what's been said about the M75q-1.
😱 Over 1000bucks!!!!! Would love to get one of these for one project but it's a bit expansive!
5:53 OMG Sly Cooper was such an awesome game! always loved the art style of those games, also Ratchet & Clank was a favourite.
i wonder. just out of pure curiousity, does rpcs3 require a high single thread count or nah? i think itd be funny to do some tests with ancient hardware like the old opteron chips and see how they fare (theres a few youtube channels that do pc gaming benchmarks with them and im surprised theyre still usable for gaming but theyre hanging in there. )
Dang i would use this as my gaming pc if only i learned about it sooner
ETA Prime, I'd love a nice video on how to install the emulators and how to setup save slots. Not expecting you to tell on how or where to get games....
UA-cam has a lot of tutorials for what you’re asking for.
It's nice that looks like a ps2 but also it is like more powerful than all my computers together.
*@ETAPRIME* hey there, I've seen you make low end budget builds using older SFF Office PC's. But I was wondering if you've done so with some of the "mini"/ "tiny" 1L Office PC's as well ? The tiny Lenovo ThinkCentre models m720q, m920q, m90q, p320, p330 & I believe also the m920x each all have an actual PCIe Express Slot (I believe x8). & there's x16 to x8 adapters/ connector cards (90° angle) made for this mod to add a single slot discrete GPU into the original housing. Some people have done it and drilled or cut holes in the top over the CPU & GPU fans for better airflow. Some have even 3D printed a new top cover/ lid for this upgrade. It'd be nice if you could do a video on it showing newer games running on it. I've seen a couple people do it with A2000 single slot mods. & it'd also be cool to see someone do it with a RX 6400 using Chimera OS. Which that I haven't seen yet (you'd be the 1st).
Also it seems everyone that's done the GPU upgrade on a 1L mini/ tiny are using the i5 8500t variants of those ThinkCentre models mentioned above.
hi eta prime, Id been following ur channel for a year already and I ready love ur videos, I had a question that I just dont seen to find any answer anywhere about telescopic controllers, is there any telescopic controller that could take a tick phone with a case on?
Can you give your best advice if this machine can handle launch box with 2 sinden light guns? You had another video with a small pc from alliexpress i7 with a gtx 1650. Idk which is more powerful
5x upscaled psp looks alarmingly good.
Love my nvidia shield tv og for emulation, I just want it for older mostly 8 and 16 bit games. I still like the original shield tv design the best.
Yeah but I love these AMD Apus too good
Thanks @ETAPRIME for another great upload, I really am glad you post these up so quickly, taking time to edit these and upload them as quick as you do shows your support to the community
Hi! Great video. Can you run Guns of the Patriots on the PS3 emulator using this M75Q. Thanks.
Are you emulating straight from Batocera, or from Windows, I do have a newer mini pc but I am getting into problems when playing ps3 games, I am using batocera, but somehow the games just keep crashing, any thoughts on that? thanks. By the way the games I wanted to play are Mortal Kombat komplete edition and God of War III.
The future is bright for my Ryzen 5 4500 once it moves past its prime - currently paired with a 1070 Ti - a "match made in heaven" for 60 fps gaming. My 970 sitting idle currently will run circles around the APU of 4650G.
750 dollar price tag is a bummer lol. the size is cool but with 750 bucks you could build an emulation computer 4x this powerful
I’m sure that fact is not lost on either ETA or other readers. The main attraction is probably the super compact footprint, which may well be a selling point for some.
@@totophi sure but theres a zotac zbox roughly the same size but its got a gtx 1070 in it, which is vastly more powerful that the ryzen apu for 400 dollars
Can you look at some pc games again on the atari vcs after your upgrades? Gtav in particular?
Where does the DS fit in terms of hardware requirements? I'm talking MelonDS, not Desmume, of course. Obviously DS is not heavy graphically but CPU-wise, is it demanding?
I'm just here for your voice. I need you in my audiobook life haha

with vulkan support, this PC's GPU is a smart pick to play some entertainig emulation gaming,
Hi ETA Prime is secure to use a dual SD card switcher for a pi 4? I have Ubuntu 20.10 on my 64 GB SD and Recalbox in my 32 GB, but I know plugging and unplugging an SD damages in the long run the slot, or should I forget Recalbox and use GNOME Games to manage my games and play them? My worries is GNOME eating the performance that could be dedicated to the games TBH IDK if buying the switcher (the expensive option) or using Ubuntu to free up my SD and use it on my Wii (the cheapest option), the deciding factor is performance and the security of a switcher
Could you please do a video about this?
7:50 I am pretty sure the game is capped at 30 fps and you can get a small patch for 60 fps. The system seems quite capable of it, if I am reading those stats right.
The price is killing this machine
in your experience if I use retrobat or playnite, not working under linux but with windows, will I have the same performance or i risk not getting the same results as you?
Thank you in advance for your service and kind response.🙏
Could you run Mario Kart 8? The other Zelda games or Donkey Kong tropical freeze, Batman arkham origins would be cool also.
Hey! I love your channel! I was just wondering how N64 runs on this. Also, is about $450 an accurate price point for this? Thanks in advance! 😊
Can you run a Linux distro on it? just curious if the drivers are supported. Thanks - Edit for clarity, I appreciate the response. My question was in response to the video asking what I would like to see ran on this PC. I run Linux on all my machines but the one PC that I keep around to turn on once every 6 months to do windows stuff. I have been running Linux distros for 8 years. Typing on a Lenovo branded machine now. My question was to illuminate that drivers are a problem at times. As I had to manually install wifi drivers on my machine I am using now. I have no issues doing so, as the terminal is my friend. I like watching this channel not really for gaming but more because gaming itself is a great benchmark. Also ETA Prime does the red line test pulling max apms from the wall. As a hardware enthusiast I really appreciate his efforts. As I use to repair embedded win10 on pcb. Rather a bare metal experience. So again thanks all for those of you that are positive folks.
Probably if not is a thing of checking distros and compile drivers. But in this case Windows give more accurate video drivers and directx
@@AlejandroRodolfoMendez for video games that makes since. I'm more interested in the work side as I need and os I don't have to modify like crazy just to program. Basically for the same reasons you would choose windows. I would choose Linux to be able to code something like Python out of the box. Cheers to differences.

Hey ETA prime question can I use a Dell OptiPlex 7010 SFF PC | i5-3470 3.2GHz | 4GB ram and of course I would like to know what gpu you think to buy to play emulation
Breath of the Wild only runs at 30 frames a second sometimes on the Wii U anyway other times it doesn't even make 30 frames per second so that little machine probably runs it better than the Wii U does
how would this be for a PC for Pinball emporium?
How about some cooling mod next time?
I'm so glad you started adding yuzu to this. Maybe try the 60fps mod on pokemon for better benchmarking (or another game as others have mentioned if you own others)
Hi, on Wave Race Blue Storm are you using any AA because when I put 2X MSAA I have major stuttering problems with this exact machine
ETAPRIME I’m not sure if AMD drivers allow you to select full performance from the GPU so that it runs at the highest the gpu speed at all times. I Set my Nvidia 1080ti to performance mode and it will always run the highest clock speed. I noticed in your video that the GPU was fluctuating between 200 MHz to 1800 MHz or more . So maybe there is a setting for AMD‘s GPU drivers. Maybe the PS3 games would run a lot better. Skate was only running 200mhz GPU . Can you check that and see if that is possible with AMD gpu
