Applying gray wax

Love ur tutorials! U are soooo talented! Question- Do u think grunge gray wax would show on a piece painted in DB manatee gray CMP? I want the piece to have dimension/ depth.

It would be nearly the same color. Could use to seal, but likely won't show well for shading

What (if anything) was applied under the grey wax! Like did you clear wax first? Or did you gator hide first?

Yes, this particular one was clear coated first
