I woke up this morning and discovered that the concert was online.
After listening to this concert more than ten times, I tell myself fortunately that people like you exist to make the world a better place with their artistic vision.
You are one of the people who have inspired me the most in the world.
I have been following and listening to your albums and concerts since 2009. You have influenced me so much in my practice of dance and circus, because I am a dancer and acrobat. In 2018 after the concert at the Festival La route Du Rock in France in Brittany. I decided to train as a musical composer.
So every day I am a little happier because you have certainly changed my life.
So thank you for all the love you give to the world and the inspiration that flows through us.
Thank you for the beauty of your soul Nils Frahm.

    Dear Nils,
One fateful night I stumbled upon "says", it spoke to me like music have never spoken before and I became enamored with your music Nils. I listened through every album you had and fell in love with the timbre you create with your soft playing, as well as your slow building minimalistic electronic music. I could not get enough of your music and then you released all melody and I bought it on cd (my car at the time only had a cd player nothing else) and I played the heck out of it (my favorite song by far is harm hymn, the raw emotion and the chord changes just hit my soul in an otherworldly way). I went to your concert in at the Boulder Theatre and it was pure awe, the entire concert was an absolute rush of dopamine and it was the *BEST* concert I've ever been to by far. I recorded you playing fundamental values and I selfishly kept it to myself because I knew it was special and wanted to keep it hidden. And you just released this and it once again has blown my mind. I have been listening to this non-stop since it has come out. I also listen to your music every night before bed as well as I have learned a countless number of your songs on the piano. I just want to say, thank you so so so much for being such a unique and incredible artist, you paint such an incredible scene with your art. You have inspired me to become a better pianist and listener. You might never even read this comment but I hope to meet you someday and tell you how much you have influenced my life.
PS We even share a birthday together! September 20th!

Experiencing few of this All Melody live performances none sounded like the other. These pieces evolved with time - the Fundamental Values are the best example for that. I really love the late 2018’s versions when in every track there were “Best sounding moments”:
    1. When Nils transcend from Una Corda/ Harmonium to three high notes of Sunson and as they are rising up Nils uses the foot pedal for the first time which for me is the moment when you “see the title in movies”it’s the opening moment to the journey.
    2. Next he introduces the Fundamental Values with slowly building up the melody and gently improvising on Una Corda, as the switch behind him is turned on he moves to Main Station when he turns on the drum machine. Best moment for me is when he improvised on Fender Piano (not in this version). The track goes quiet as he gently spins the knob.
    3. We have heard some loud sounds so let’s slow down a little... Nils starts the quiet My Friend the Forest and what I love about this quiet 15 minutes piano moment is transition to The Dane and later on to Familiar - you have a sense of feeling that this is one fluid track.
    4. After that it’s time for Human Range and Forever Changeless I like these but I understand why in late 2019 these have been removed (at least at the performance I had attend to)
    5. It’s time for the Main Show... We hear “looped” sound coming from nowhere - its All Melody - most admired piece by myself. As the beat pedal is on - Nils plays on Fender with two fingers - and what can I say? It all matches to the rest. Track goes two times quietly as Nils moves between Main and “Support” station to his third Juno Synth. Best part for me is when at the final 3 minutes low sound is bent on synth, combined with beat pedal switching on/off constantly and Nils moving from Fender to Mellotron. As the “choir voices are played loudly” the public is excited for more and we move to #2...
    6. This track is perceived by myself as the highest point of adrenaline because of the strong sounds which are played. After that - beautiful transition to Hammers when probably it’s the first time when your hands may hurt because of the speed.
    7. Nils talks about his most searched track on web - Says and why he loves actually not doing much for 9 minutes.
    8. The stage goes dim and artist disappears. Then the public sees him going back on stage (after 3 second of course) with champagne. The beautiful Ode version starts(can’t wait to hear it 3rd Dec) and Nils plays back on the Una Corda and Harmonium. Time for toilet brushes - the awkward moment for those not familiar with his music. And then it starts... More , because we want this show last more and relax for some longer... That piece took me some time to practice with Echo effect but is managed to recreate it in primitive way. But nothing sounds so good as tuned expensive Grand Piano. More is different than 2013 Spaces version - it’s more profound and improvised. Last segments of piano before switching to “Rhodes Only Part” is astonishing as well as going to “Full Grand Piano” when the audience reacts loudly. The old version used to use twice sustain pedal where first one is for brief moment to just mislead the audience by saying “it’s not yet”.
Mid 2019 version contains only one sustain pedal activation which lasts to the very end, the echo is much faster and while piece is played more aggressive as well. Then it finishes as the final sound is “picked up” on the mixer.
That’s the end ,the show ended , but I remember it perfectly to this day because of it’s importance and uniqueness.
Thank You Nils and Your Tech/Management Team for bringing us these moments.

Vielen Dank!

This song, especially toward the crescendo, sounds exactly like what Nils has described before is his experience while composing. It’s as if all that bouncing between instruments and controllers is a frenetic chase to keep pace with his muse.

He never made "Fundamental Values" like this before. In the 2018 "All Melody" release it is a completely different song. He just keeps making them better :D!
