I just got my gingerbread man knife yesterday! It is unbelievably nice! It'll be a present openin son of a gun Christmas morning! Thanks and God bless you guys!
Some awesome stuff!! The Esee TOOR colab is very exciting for me, that’s gonna be hot. I think one of my favorite parts of the video was T.C.’s story at the end because I related to that so much. As a kid SMKW was better than Disney, and we vacationed to Tennessee almost yearly. Thanks guys for the interviews……..oh and that Magnacut PM2 is on my hit list!!
Hello mon ami 🫡 très belle balade dans le temple du couteau SMKW je me suis régalé de voir tout ces beaux couteaux comme si j'y étais 👍que du bon SMKW 💯 TC 💯
Awesome! I need to keep more up to date on this stuff! If I’d have known I would be there this weekend! Hopefully next year! You know what I really really want to see Leatherman do? I want a squirt sized multi tool on the Free platform. I love my little power pint, but I think Leatherman Free Squirt would be amazing!
Really enjoy your videos. My wife and I visit your store almost every year. This year will be in December. Need advice. I have 2 older grand kids that love to duck hunt. For Christmas would like to buy both of them a duck cleaning knife that is reasonable price so if lost would not be a major event. I was looking at rough ryder tater skin fix blade. Would this be a good choice or could you suggest a different knife. Thanks for any advice that you can give to a grandpa that doesn't know anything about cleaning ducks, lol
I have tentative plans to come visit you guys (from PA) next year around this time. Don't know if I'll make it to the fall festival, but as long as I get there, I'll be happy. 😊✌️
In a woodsman knife, I was under the understanding that not at least having a small sharpening choil for vibrations to bleed off, whether from batoning or chopping, it creates a weak point where the 2 planes meet as the vibrations travel up the border. One of the names synonymous with bushcraft knives is L.T. Wright. I am not dumb enough to think that I know better than that man, as I doubt a handful of people do, and I noticed that exactly zero of his knives displayed in this video had one. Is it because they are prototypes and just were not added? Does it not make a difference after all? Is it a choice made because he doesn't want people "abusing" his knives, even though most wouldn't consider using a knife to chop with abusing it..? Is it because he is human and might not know that? I ask because I notebooks full of knife designs of size and style, but am focusing more and more on my first design to actually get prototyped being a bushcrafting knife. And I will, of course, be going down a rabbit hole on this now, as that is how my brain is, and I would appreciate y'alls' input.
@@mikehalfmoonmullins404I have the 5, 6, Rat 7, Junglas 2 and Junglas. It really depends of what you want, but esee 5 is already at the limit of being usable. Esee 6 is balanced perfectly for a jack of all trades knife with the only real weakness being not enough weight for chopping. Making it thicker won’t solve that as you need the weight forward, not only bigger. If you have the chance to play around with the Junglas 2 you will see that it is the esee 6+ that you want.
Don’t let the size of the outside of the building fool you. This place is much bigger than it looks from the parking lot. If you go there plan on spending a few hours at least.
@@SMKWcom I have trouble with UA-cam letting me post links, it never seems to work. However, at first I was thinking Shane looks most similar to how Steve McQueen looked like in his very last movie called "The Hunter". But then I thought maybe in the movie Papillon. Either way though, the similarity is downright uncanny!! Surely I can't be the first person to have noticed!
Do you know Dave, Jessica and Jacob Hall from United Cutlery?, Dave is my first cousins and Jessica and Jacob Hall are my second cousins, I grew up working summers at United Cutlery, right across the street
You won’t be disappointed. Make sure you set aside at least 2 hours. So much to see and do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg…both just down the road a few. Go to Cades Cove as well.
Hello SMKW, Hey TC, I had to click out of your vid before it started as YT has now "must watch commercials" that've wasted nearly 5 min. of my time...😖 Sorry about that!! Just say'n... W/only an older smartphone, well that's where I am... Be safe and take care, "God Bless", sincerely, Randy.
1 hour of y’all goobers? Heck ya 🤟 hope to meet at Georgia bushcraft if y’all going. Will be my first time
maybe a 2hr special next time????
I live 25 minutes from here. So nice not having to order knives. I just go and check them out, handle what I’m looking for and drive home with it,
Thanks for stopping in! Being able to get hands on with the knives makes a huge difference
I’m committed to getting back to the fall festival next year!

Love those Case knives! Do yall still have any 45th anniversary knives left! If you will hide one till tomorrow I will get it!!
Don't think we have any left Mike but give us a call at 1-800-327-5871 and double check 👍 Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm EST
I love ESEE knives , I would love for them to make an ESEE 6 or 7 in a .250 blade thickness ( ESEE 5)
It's a recent love affair but I'm already two Izulas one Izula 2 and a Junglas in, in the last month and want a 6HM soon as I find one.
ESEE listens to the knife community so don't be surprised if you see it that way in the future
If ESEE 6 is light or little for you, get the Junglas 2. It is the best upgrade of an ESEE 6 that you can dream of.
@danielkalchev218 .060 thousands is .060 thousands... kinda like $20 bucks is $20 bucks

3 floors 108,000 sq ft and thousands of knives!
Shane from Esee knives looks shockingly similar to what Steve McQueen looked like in the late 70's.
Give us a link! We want to see which one you think

Thanks for supporting the channel in any way you can
Better than blade show
We need a maximum immunity. Maybe a 3.35 blade.
That would be sweet!
*Learn how to edit! no one want an hour of knives!*
It’s like we’re a knife channel or something! 😂 imagine us showing knives 🤣
