With over 108,000 square feet of showroom space, there isn't much that you can't find at SMKW. You know when you’re super excited to visit somewhere and you get that excited butterfly feeling in your stomach? Well, when that happens to me, it makes me poop. I would definitely poop in this store’s restroom.

@@Errcyco I went there not long ago. The place is huge. It’s much bigger than it looks outside. Plan on spending at least half the day to really check it out seriously.

Well, I kicked and screamed like a 3 year old when my wife told me, it is time to go!! 😭
I had the pleasure of visiting the store a couple of years ago when I was out camping in Great Smoky Mountains. It was amazing, I was there for hours trying out knives that I can only see in pictures online. I left with a ridiculous amount of knives and a big grin on my face.
It cost me about $1,000 to get out of the store with a big smile on my face! I am going again!
Not to long ago I went to great smoky mountains! (Still here just on the way home) and we got my first knife there!

This store is mind-bending in person. I brought all my grandkids and let them pick out some knives. It was an experience I'll never forget. So much fun. Thanks for being there.

That is right, most don't realize that its more than just a store with things for sale, it really is a museum spanning the history of human ingenuity!

We came here last year when we were staying in the area and I brought my wife and two children there and was expecting them to want to leave after about an hour, but we ended up staying for three hours because of all of the amazing historical artifacts they have.
This is probably the coolest store I have ever been to in my life!
Staff is top notch!

I hit SMKW at least once, when we vacation in Gatlinberg.
It takes me about three hours to see everything that interests me.
My wife drops me off, and hits 3-4 wineries, and picks me up later in the day.
Sounds like a solid plan!
I'd have to have a glass of wine after visiting this store, just to get over the excitement 😀

Such a beautiful place, and one of my favorite memories and destinations. Haven't been there since I was 12yo, and I'm turning 50 this year..but I'm coming back!!! And I'm bringing the next generation when I come.

I live in the piedmont area of North Carolina and SMKW is a 3 hour drive,been making a yearly trip for about 15 years,always something new to look at.great people who know knives and are happy to awnser your questions. If you're a knife nut it's a must see

I was in there a few years ago. It is overwhelming. I had a pocket full of money, but I did not know enough about knives at the time.
So I picked up another buck 110. And a copper zippo lighter with an octopus and compass
rose on it. You need at least three hours to check out the store.. great place. Smoky Mountains rock.

Took my son here for his tenth birthday from South Jersey. What was great is that he was able to flick over 100 knives till he settled on a Artisan. You can’t do that anywhere else in the country. I bought a matching larger version and then we got them engraved to commemorate the trip. This is such a cool store and the surrounding area is unbelievably beautiful with tons of stuff to do. Can definitely recommend creating a trip to TN around this store, so worth it!

I visited the store around 1994. CJ Buck was there and I bought a vanguard that he engraved. Pretty neat memory. My best friend and I were on a camping and fishing trip, down from NJ, and spent most of our food money on knives that day.

This is my modern Disney World! My first visit I drove almost 2 hours to be able to visit for just 45 minutes... it was all the time I had. Can't wait to visit again, I'll probably be there all day!

My first visit to your store was in 2005. My most recent was 12/2020. I’ve been there several times in between and there are areas of it I had never seen until now! Thanks so much for the great video.

I go to this place once or twice a year and have been doing so for 30 years. I can still spend most of the day here. There is also a great tool store across the street.

I visited this store when I went on vacation one year... it was amazing and had everything anyone could think of if you wanted a knife... I spent hours in the store and although I did buy way more stuff than I planned on getting, I was very happy with what I was able to find 👍👍... all the employees were awesome!!... one knife I bought was a Case Canoe with real stag , and I looked through over 50+ of them to find the exact one I liked... Some asshole stole that knife from me one week after I got home... My vehicle was broken into and I had it in the console still in the box never used... I am still so pissed off about that, and mostly because I know I’ll probably never be able to visit the store again in my life, and plus the amount of time and money I invested in such a great product only to have some asshole steal it from me!!!...

We go to the pigeon forge area around 3 times a year. My wife hates this place. I on the other hand love it. When it’s busy there, it’s hard to remember what you’re actually there to look at. It can be a little overwhelming in a good way. I actually keep a running list of things on my phone so I don’t forget.
Keeping a running list is a great thing as long as you leave room to add more👍

Man I stopped by and finally checked out your store when I was in the area a month or so ago. My wife was waiting in the car while my daughter and I checked out the place. I thought I won’t be long. Yeah she was unhappy because I was in there about a hour and got lost about 3 times lol. I didn’t realize how much stuff you had like the historical stuff for sale downstairs. I ended up leaving with nothing because they just didn’t have any of the cooler models of spyderco and Benchmade in stock but I’ll be back and maybe I’ll find something next time.Only thing i didn’t see is any Ontario knives and one other brand I can’t think of right now while i was there.

My wife and I travel from West Virginia to the smokies twice a year and this is our first stop, never a disappointment, I'm there at least 3 hours and emerge a few dollars poorer every time, just the way it should be
