I feel like it should be mandatory for all skincare products to put the percentage of the active ingredient in the product packaging.
I agree, but that makes it a lot easier for competitors to reverse engineer it
Emenike Anigbogu ooh that’s a good point
That’s a bad idea
Cómo good molecules
@@JAYJAY-ch4ik agree cause people don’t understand what the percentages mean. They prob will think the more the better and will wreck their skin barrier
I bought this back in December and I feel like I’ve barely made a dent in it. It made a huge difference in keeping my skin moisturized during the winter. I love this stuff!
I was so scared to watch this because I love this product & didn’t want you to hate it 😂
Wes Bruce 💙
Same!
Ditto
Exactlyyyy
Same here!
Your videos have helped me so much! Have removed all fragrance from my skincare and got myself a good spf and my skin has never looked better! Thank you 💕
adele magdij thanks for watching
I literally screamed so loud when she said, “That’s the tea on tea.” 😂😂 Her humor among other things is what keeps me coming back. 🤍🤍
lol!
Aron Aranda i find her sarcastic humor, that she slips in among her reviews, to be right up my alley. A very likable and intelligent woman.
This helped me skin so much this pass winter. My skin was so dry and eczema patches and I added this to my skin care and it helped a lot.
I absolutely love this toner. It is my favorite :)
You’re such an asset in this platform Dr. Dray!
Indeed ❤❤
Yay, so glad this one meets your standards! I need to repurchase this cause I love it. This plus a sunscreen in the morning is so convenient 💛☀️
I just got this Friday and really like it so far! I kept seeing Liah Yoo talk about. I'm on tretinoin and need all the hydration I can get and this makes my skin very soft. I was very glad it's fragrance free which is not the norm for Laneige!
I’ve been using the cream skin for at least a year and I loooove it! I have turned many on to it too. Living in dry CO I enjoy this added moisture
Thanks for reviewing this great product!!
When I first started using this product, I was underwhelmed by it. But half way through the bottle, I started liking it . My skin was getting brighter and clearer and hydrating. I have got a back up bottle in my stash , will use it once I finish my current one
Can I know, how to use it? processing of using it?
@@tasmihamishu4116 lol just use it after you cleanse and pat it into your skin
Excuse me do you need the cream after the toner??
@@makizhan I want to know the same!
@@makizhanhave you watched the video? probably you haven’t, if you’re asking this
Dr Dray spillin' the "tea" on the Laneige toner!
Brandi Hughey Saidy 💙
Dr Dray excellent engagement, Blandrea - the same weak yet predictable “💙”.
Love this product!! a need for my dry flaky dehydrated tired skin!!
Have wanted to pick this up but was waiting for your review! Thanks!!
Just got my full bottle in 20 minutes ago. Had gotten some good sized samples and it made a real difference in the the dryness of my skin. So I'm glad to have a full bottle. It's mid-winter here and the central heating doesn't help. Hi from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
I have been using this product for almost 9 months. My doing is soft and amazing. It's changed the texture and made it remarkably soft. Over all, I luv it!!! I shall continue to use it.
Thanks so much for the review! Happy Tuesday, Dr Dray!! I hope you have a relaxing evening. 💙
Love this product! I think it is very soothing on the face and I love the way it feels. I have only been using it for a month now, but I don't plan on stopping. I like this so much better then the I'm From Rice toner and have had no reaction to the product. The I'm From Rice toner actually tingled a little bit. I have combination skin with with very rosy cheeks. Thanks for the review Dr Dray!
Love your new glasses look! 😍
Dr. Dray, would you review the AmorePacific Vintage Single Extract Essence? It’s stupidly expensive but it’s just green tea, a delivery agent, a humectant, and two preservatives. Super curious what your thoughts would be
Dr Dray, I've been using the Laneige cream skin moisturizer paired with Red Earth Deep Dive while I have been on Accutane. I find the two paired together deliver a dewy complexion. But, I imagine as Spring and Summer approaches in Houston I might need to change these two items as to not be too dewy, any recommendations?
This product has saved my dry skin! I’m about to purchase my 3rd bottle, I use this first thing I wake up and even after I shower, it’s so hydrating and feels so light on my skin , and my dry skin just drinks this up, it instantly floods my skin with moisture, I don’t use any other toner than this 💕💕💕
Same
Do you use a face cream after?
@@Cattlov you can if you want, or if you feel you need more moisture.
Do you have any products formulated with green/white tea that potentially do more to maintain its stability/efficacy? I've always been interested in the ingredient but none of the products I've found fit the bill of being fragrance and essential oil free.
This video came exactly when I was thinking of buying this product. Thanks dr. Dray 💛🤗❤
Happy Tuesday Dr Dray and peeps! Love the glasses :) as always
Thank You Sooo Much Reed!! Happy Tuesday To You!! I Hope You Have a Wonderful Day!! Yes I Love Dr Dray Glasses Too!! She is Just Adorable!!
Dr. Dray you look GREAT wearing glasses, those frames really suit you and frame your beautiful bone structure -- plus they make you look even more intelligent than you are! No need to hurry replacing those contacts :)
I’m curious what shampoo and conditioners you recommend
I loved this product when I first started using it cos I have very dehydrated skin, but it started to break me out so badly and I’m still recovering from it. I can only us it on my forehead and I don’t understand why it’s that way
Every time I have a question about skincare or am interested in a product, you always have the videos I need so thank you! Would this be enough hydration for an oily skin person to put on in the daytime and the elta md sunscreen afterwards? Also, could you make a video about reapplying sunscreen when someone wears makeup and doesn’t want to mess that up?
I love this product in mist form. I find this more occlusive feeling than any other mist I have ever tried, and I use it while on nights in the hospital to combat the dry air, and I do see a benefit.
I tried this in Sephora, it was absolutely amazing
i guess i never realized to try it in a spray bottle! thanks
Thanks. Going to try it in a spray bottle
Dr Dray! Please review lotion p50, it's highly recommended in the facial community but what are your thoughts?
Yessss I've been wondering if I should buy this.
Thank you dr drey. Been dying to hear about it from you. I use this.
This is my holy grail product nothing else provides the same amount of moisture to the skin as this toner.
I really like your glasses!
Also just wanted to take the time to thank you for your channel! I have a regular dermotologist...but don't have the money to see her as regularly as I would like lol! So your channel has ABSOLUTLEY saved my skin AND my wallet from my dumb brain that panic purchases things I don't need/will irritate my acne.
Sukoyaka Suhada Urea Moisture Lotion please!! Would love ❤️ to hear your thoughts on that product!!
I love this! On vacation last fall my husband and I both got chapped sore faces from cold winds in Colorado. : ( We used this and both of us had calmer happier skin in no time. : )
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It is very soothing/moisturising on my dry/eczema prone/menopausal skin and does not sting even during an active eczema flare. The Hada labo lotion does sting (for reference) during an eczema flare on my skin. In January my skin went through a very active eczema flare and this was one of the few products I could use. Even cereve moisturiser in the tub stung like crazy at that time. My dry skin soaks it up as part of a layered routine prior to my serums etc. I use it over the sukoyaka suhada urea lotion (toner - which also never stings) and they both provide really good hydration. An oilier skin may find it enough under sunscreen or moisturiser but my dry skin needs more layers. Best wishes.
PS I think they are bringing out a cleanser which I will be interested to see the ingredients of. This is the only Laneige line I use on my skin as everything else is very fragranced.
Loraine Mcgillivray 👍🏼
Oh I think I saw that. Isn't it the milk cleanser or something like that?
@@jayreyes1753 I think it's a cleansing oil.
This one stung like crazy when I had an active eczema flare. Any microcuts and this product will get to it. It feels like putting alcohol on a wound!
Not sure if I truly had a reaction or if I was just highly sensitised from active eczema flare up.
@@Alien-bubbles As with everything we're all different and it doesn't sting on me. I'm sorry your experience was different. Cereve stings on me, but not on others so different ingredients trigger us all.
Dr Dray, is this good for milia prone skin?
Loving the glasses! Also giggling at "That's the tea on tea" hahahaha.
Hi Dr. Dray, I'm trying to understand trans-epidermal water loss that you mentioned, I'm realizing that a lot of moisturizers don't have a lot of occlusive ingredients or at least, I don't know to what percentage of occlusive ingredients my moisturizers needs to have to be able to "seal in moisture" effectively. Does all the ones you listed in your description good occlusive moisturizers? Should I put them over my regular moisturizers or should they be the only moisturizers I use? I ask because I live in somewhat a hot/dry climate and I'm not sure all the hydration I bring to my face (e.g. HA) is working - my wrinkles are just accelerating it seems like
Could you please review the new Clinique Even Better Clinical™ Radical Dark Spot Corrector + Interrupter. It's fragrance-free!
Between your beverage and skincare expertise you could totally do a “The tea about tea” video! 😍🤣☕️
lol! Happy tuesday
I think laneige skin is basically meadowfoam seed oil + emulsifiers. So it's oil and water "mixed" and people just love that soft silky skin feel of the oil which is high up on the ingredient list.
How do you feel about the Heritage Rosewater Toner?
And, cannot wait to watch. Was considering this so want Dr D's opinion!
Reed Berger-Fleishman 👍🏼💙
Please do a video on skincare for the elderly (above 70 years old). Thank you. I tried this product, btw. It was ok. Very heavy for a "toner". It's not cruelty-free though, and the " I'm From" Rice toner is MUCH better.
omg really? i had a hard time choosing between the two
Good to know Laneige isnt cruelty free. I was debating trying it.
Hey, may I ask what skin type you have ? I have pretty dry skin and I'd love trying the I'm From Rice Toner, but the Laneige one seems more hydrating from what I've heard.
@@shikyoo I have combination oil skin. And I love this product. My skin is very smooth in the morning.
@@takitori6 Thank you for your input :)
Hi Dr. Dray! Is this product considered a hydrator or moisturizer?
Is applying neutrogena hydrobooster as good as this before moisturizer or does this help in a different way? They both hold moisture. Is one better then the other?
What do u think of artemisia/ mugwort?
Dr Dray, i hope you notice my question 🙏🏽😭. Im currently using hada labo hyalauronic toner, cerave pm, squalane oil (im incorporarting face massage to my pm routine), and tretinoin. Can you please tell me the proper order to which i can use these products to get the total benefits. Thank you so much
What would you recommend for an everyday toner
I have been using this too and loving it!
Should I use this before my acne spot treatment (benzoyl peroxide? I read that toner should be used before spot treatment/serums and moisturizer after but since this item is both what should be the order?
I love this product but I feel like it has agitated my fungal acne a bit :') does anyone have any recommendations that's similar to the cream skin refiner?
Hi Dr. Dray, what are some good egcg products you can recommend?
HI Dr. Dray can you review the Laneige cica sleeping mask? It's fragrance free haha
Thanks for doing this review! So helpful as always. I'd love to hear your thoughts sometime on Biologique Recherche P50 (or any of their products). Also, I'm totally loving the glasses!
How does this compare to the AmorePacific Vintage Single Extract Essence that is made with fermented green tea extract?
Dr Dray, your knowledges are amazing and your skin so smooth and sparkle ❤️🌹
Love the glasses! Happy Tuesday Dr Dray! Please review skincuiticals blemish age defense, PLEEEEEAAAASSEE OXOX
thanks
If I have the laneige cream skin moisturizer and the ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc 1%, which should come first?
What’s the best way to use this with tretinoin??
Happy Tuesday!
Dr Dray, have you thought about reviewing Innisfree's Firming Energy Essence?? It has fermented soybean, arbutin and no fragrance. Mostly essences seem like a scam but this one intrigued me! Thanks xo
Or mugwart, bee venmo, snail mucin
Heavens! A product that is not strictly necessary, or unsuitable for some people isn’t the equivalent of a scam, surely? Aren’t those products are the result of a competitive market, the same market that provides the enormous array of products available at mega-retailers like Costco, surely?
Now, not saying this is your position, but bizarrely it is often the same people who feel particularly deceived by products that fail their expectations, who are also the most ardent supporters of free-market capitalism, calling any form of state regulation Communism.
If people want markets to be regulated, if they want products to be subject to laws that require them to be tested before being sold, to list their ingredients, they should recognise that it isn’t the free market that does this, obviously. The market is out for itself, that’s what free-market means. It’s the state that regulates Capitalism.
Taxes are used to pay qualified people such as lawyers, paralegals, secretaries and librarians to work in offices, legal libraries, and courtrooms that provide the legal framework and the legwork to regulate businesses, providing legal redress on behalf of the consumer. That is a service for the benefit of the population at large, funded by taxes, provided by the state. It would be nice if more people followed that line of thinking through. I think we all want avenues of legal redress to be available if we are the victims of an actual scam.
i love the innisfree soybean energy essence!
Hello, Dr. Dray! Can you please make an review about the NIOD products? I would love to hear your thoughts about their products.
I love the Laneige toner/ moisturizer, it makes my skin so soft. If you follow the directions, you shake the bottle, then shake it into the palm of your hand apply all over face and neck and patting it all over your face brings blood to the surface and when it dries your face will be smooth and soft. I also use the Radian Vitamin C at night and in the morning I rinse my face, apply the toner and use the Water Bark Moisturizer. I love this line and would highly recommend it. If tried so many products, I’m 61 years old and it is spectacular. I don’t know why the white tea is such a big deal. I would highly recommend this product especially the Toner/refiner! I find it to be luxurious! No, really!
Has Dr. Dray reviewed the hydro gel moisturizer?
Hi Dr Dray could you please review the Inkey List niacinamide product? I know it has 10% niacinamide in which I learnt from your videos is a bit high but I’m trying to find a (UK) cruelty free niacinamide product Thankyou so much if you can!
Love all your videos! Do you mind to do a video regarding staph infection? Specifically, recurrent staph infection on/in nose.
How would you layer this with retinol? This-moisturizer-retinol? This-retinol-moisturizer?
Your glasses are so cute!! 💕🤓 love the ombré!
You look great in your glasses!
Can you do a review on Isntree Green Tea Toner? Perhaps that one is a little bit better than the Laneige Cream Skin Refiner.
I really like your glasses! thanks for all the great videos!
Can we use this along with vitamin c (Ascorbic acid)??
Would love to know your opinion on the "hypoallergenic" cica sleeping mask
I just wanted a moisterizer but they only had this so do I need to moisterize on top of this? thanks!
I have never used a toner before... will this negatively effect my morning routine of vitamin c serum, azelaic acid and lotion?
U look so pretty luv the glasses on u :)
Can I use this before I put on Differin? And potentially sandwich it with a heavy moisturizer in the winter?
I was just going to order this today so perfect timing to hear your opinion 💕
thanks!
Dr Dray... Could you review about yuka app.... I wonder how reliable is this app reviewing all the skin product... I scanned Neutrogena product and the app said it is not a good one.
Could you please do review on the whole skin care line of la neige? I've just stumbled on you and You're awesome!!! I love that you're an actual dermatologist, i wish i had found you earlier😢
Is it okay to use with retinols?
i use it and i recognize in the next morning my face have more oil. it normal or i should stop use it??? thanks!!
I absolutely love your videos! I have ADD and I do find myself drifting off during the nitty gritty medical talks, but I try so hard to pay attention! 😂 I have learned so much and my skin thanks you!! 💕💕
thanks for watching
I saw it retailing online from South Korea for only SGD (Singapore) 25 while Sephora Singapore retails it for 38 dollars. The price difference is hefty!
Take a shot everytime Dr Dray says EGCG
If this is a toner and moisturizer, should I still use a moisturizer after? And I’m using niacinamide from The Ordinary which should be used between a toner and moisturizer, so how should I include this now?
We can make white tea and put on fridge for 2 or3 days to use as a tonner right?
Is this count as an essence also?
I've been such a fan of this product for over a year so I was very curious of your thoughts of it. Thank you for your review!
soulchild05 it looks more like a toner... do you use a cotton pad to apply or just your fingers?
@@Pamkkw i pour some on my hand and pat it into the skin with my fingers

Thank You Friend!! Happy Tuesday To You Too!! I Hope You Have a Fantastic Day!!
Any advice if I can use that toner over my retinol 0.3 % as my moisturiser. 😊
Laneige also recently released a fragrance free cica sleeping mask, would love to hear your thoughts on that one
Yes please.. I want to hear that also
Yes please!!!
It looks nice except they put tea tree oil in it....tea tree typically is really drying for me so I'm wondering how this mask would be for me.
Just ordered this product because sooo many UA-camrs love it. I love Korean skincare. Please do a video on all top 10 sheet masks.
As always simply amazing
And yes I won't forget sunscreen and subscribing
