What a beautiful job y’all have done on your ice house the only thing I can see that would make it look better is to paint the underneath of your bunk.

Best ice fishing vid I've seen this season, amazing what pride of ownership can do for your soul, saw it loud and clear.

The gennie came in clutch! lol. You could also think about a small wind turbine that trickle charges the Jackery at night. They're pretty cheap these days. Most only need 5-6mph wind to work. Just check the temperature rating on them if you do go that way. Combined with solar panels and a 48v system (2 batteries), it could remove the need for a generator, but keep the gennie handy.
Just like camping or going to a place on your holidays, it will take a couple of trips for you to get a good idea of what other gear you want, the best layout and use of space etc. So far it's looking pretty damned good in there. Enjoy lads!

Add some foam sheet insulation underneath the top bunk. Use an inflatable sleep mat along with memory foam on the cot. That is what I do when I am sleeping in a cot.

Not sure if that type of heater is vented, but with four of you in the shack sleeping, I'm concerned for your carbon dioxide levels in the shack. You might want to consider a ceiling vent, they also let moisture out. It would be a shame to lose you guys as my fall and winter entertainment up here. Great videos!
