This was a very relaxing video to watch, thanks! I relate to your uncertainty about what to draw. I have to say, I love the texture made by the dashed lines in the second drawing. I’ll have to try out that technique :)
Bad art days can be really frustrating, usually when I have these days I’ll force myself to draw for at least an hour no matter how badly I don’t want to, then do someone that’ll make me feel better, like watched cartoons with my nephew or playing video games.
Sometimes when I'm in a slump I'll practice drawing shapes. Squares, circles, triangles, rectangles, ect... It helps with just starting with the basics and moving to more complicated designs. Most things are just basic shapes anyway.
It's not quite the same as art slumb but my perfectionism is keeping me from drawing and sketching. I'm so scared of doing something wrong, that i don't even start :') But that gave me some motivation so we'll see ^^
I definitely get that feeling whenever I just did a piece I'm proud of. I'm thinking about how hard it will be to top it with the next one and that blocks me. What I do often is close my eyes and randomly draw lines on a page for like 10 minutes. Then I see how bad it looks and I tell myself I can only do better now

Exactly ! Every pattern stems from simple shapes assembled in a way or another
