6- to 8-pound pork rib crown roast
marinade
1 tsp. curing salt
1 Tbs. table salt
1 Tbs. sugar
1 tsp. five spice seasoning powder
½ tsp. white pepper
2 Tbs. garlic, minced
2 Tbs. ginger. minced
2 Tbs. parsley, chopped
2 Tbs. cooking oil
mixed veggie
½ cup carrot, chopped
2 cups mixed mini potatoes
8 ea. baby bok choy
** for blanching the bok choy **
water & some salt
* seasoning for mixed potatoes*
2 Tbs. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. white pepper
¼ tsp. five spice seasoning

Quite the dish Chef. I never seen crown ribs before in my grocery store. I might see it in Chinese grocery stores even though I do not look / buy meat products there but maybe in my next visit in March. I made a Chinese a coated chicken with 4 types of vegetables with ramen noodles this week. The family loved it as always. Actually that pork rib crown are only available in western type grocery that have meat dept with butchers working on site. It was made to order. I am glad your ramen noodles was love by love one. Thanks for watching . Merry Christmas.

Looks good, but you should cure in the refrigerator longer so the meat is that pink colour all the way through(7-10 days). I cure a lot of meats and make dry cured meats and salami also. There's also two types of curing salt, cure 1 for curing meat one month or less and cure 2 for over a month used for dry aged salami and dry aged whole meat.
Cure number 1 should be used for this recipe.
Todd, look like you really knows how to cure meat. I just not able to produce this video a week ahead. Yes, your suggestion is right. I used to cure and make chinese sausages and whole pork ham. @@HAPPYWOKYeah there's quite the science behind meat curing and fermentation to make it safe to eat as you know. I used to work in meat processing in Detroit.
