I used a 40lbs. Sandbag for the swings; a 30lbs. Dumbbell for the Dead Lifts, and completed 3 Rounds in exactly 10 minutes (I laughed out loud when I saw my stopwatch! ^_^). Thanks Zuzka -- hoping to feel my bootay tomorrow!

Awesome sequence! The single leg DL looks more like a weighted variation of the single leg squat where the non-working leg is bent at 90 degrees and moved behind instead of in front. The single leg DL I am familiar with has much less knee bend, has the non-working leg straight our behind, and is very intense regarding foot and ankle stabilization.

You have no idea how much I've struggled with lower back pains this last year, being sick from work because of it... I never thought my butt was weak though; it is the biggest muscle on my body! :-) But my hamstrings sure could use some work!

Hi Suzanna I am already a little and skinny girl but would definitely like to get fitter, build muscle tone and more shape. how do i work out without losing too much more weight - esp around my upper body curves? how do you work out and manage to not lose your curves? i find it intensely frustrating that i start working out and the first things to go are my curves!! any ideas would be appreciated!!
This is my Tuesday workout,but unfortunately by doing all those jump lunges has caused pain in my knees again (wearing of the cartilage),so today instead of jump lunges I did strict mountain climbers,much better & my Dr will be happy too!
You want to keep your spine straight for those exercises. Particularly the dead lift. The dead lift is a butt and hamstring exercise and that's where you should feel it. If your feeling more burn in your back then your butt and hamstrings then your form is probably off and you should most likely lower the weight. Mirrors are of course great for monitoring your form :)

These look brutal on the knees... I rather get on all four with some ankle weights and lift my leg back and to the side. I do 100 reps for each leg. The only effective high impact exercises that I like and do are jumping squats and side jumps.
I hurt mu ankle (not during exercises :D ), if you notice this comment, it would not be a bad idea to post a video that's useful for people with various types of injuries. I would like to keep my form at least, but there are only several exercises that I can find useful in this condition.
If you guys want to be more environmental why not make the dvd files available online through a secure payment system? That way it's international, no shipping and no plastic or paper.

Begginer workouts? There is no such thing really. I didn't workout for over 5 years and when I started back I just went hardcore. I did Turbo Fire which incorporates lots of plyo and then I discovered bodyrock and zuzka. At that time I weighed over 230 lbs. Do these exercises but modify, when you can't jump, squat, can't do one leg deadlift, do it on 2 and lower the weight, maybe use a gallon of water if you have no weights or just body weight. Take these exercises and modify to your level.

Great workout-so impressed just how well you keep proper form even when pushing so hard. So tough to stay balanced on one leg when exhausted!

yes!! I used a 25 Ib kettlebell and completed this in 8 minutes and 24 seconds :D BEASTMODE!!
instead of a kettlebell i used 2 10 ponds dumbell...is it ok??..gr8 workout!!

Completed in 11 min. I used a 25lb db for the swings and 12lb for the dead lifts.
How should I posture myself, specifically my spine, during exercises like deadlifts and ball swings so I don't hurt my lower back?
