There are so many others that are totally obsessed with their workouts and bad vs good food. I love it that Zuzanna just keeps it simple. It's all about moderation and joy in life:-).
That why I have so much respect for her. Lots of young women get trapped in that world and are totally engulfed in the backdraft of it. She escaped it and rose above the ashes! I love her story, her drive for success, her strength, and I think she's an inspiration!!!

Did full 4 rounds and must say I'm gonna come back to this workout because it gave me so much fun and even though I was covered with sweat I didn't feel like I was working out for 12 min. My body is craving for another similar one ^^,

What a great, short w/o! I got a little bit into a 5th round in 12 minutes. The ab splitters were so hard!! Glad I could do this at home so no one could witness that struggle! :)

Last time I had one day off was on Easter( 9 months ago). I'm just adicted! But I have one really serious problem. I don't have my period since May. Is it possible the non-rest-workout to be the reason? I don't want to stop working out for a single day, but how could I return my normal period and hormonal balance?Love U keep doing it the way you are!
I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! This one is definitely a KILLA on your abs! I did 8 Rounds, using 10lb dumbells in 20:04. It is different chest engagement. You should go off the floor in a plank, body in one straight line. Depending on palm position and rotation you can engage more or less triceps.
For me, I started doing her videos when I plateued at 157 Lbs. From her videos + Taebo I dropped down to my lowest at 143. I was in awesome shape but I couldn't hold 143. I came back up to 150-153 range. I started at 193. Total time was around 7-8 months. I could do her workouts and keep up with her.
OMG! First time trying any of your workouts! I had to use no weights, and modify my jumps with hoping one leg before the other because of an injured ankle, but I did it...with a few breaks in-between! I'm going to do this all week long! Wooohoo!

(I'm changing spark plugs and he has a V-6 engine, which means not a lot of room to work, euuuwww.) I'll do a quicky workout before I head out. I'm here for the workouts and Zuz is doing awesome job. My only regrets are that after splitting ways with BR I found her new YT channel so late... Damn, I'm something like 40 workouts back.... lol Gotta train more, I guess. Love Zuzana's attitude. And workouts work just fine for me (half dead right after).
Thanks solmyr2. What if I want to lose 20 pounds from 163 to 143, should I keep my HR on the fat burning side or the fitness side? I mean, my doubts are when you say that I could get real skinny at high HR and then I see fat burning on the other side and in my mind fat burning equals getting skinny..... Also, can you estimate Zuzanna's HR in this video; fat burning or fitness? to me it looks real intense maybe more than 95%HR and close to the maximum of 100% .....

Zuzanna love of my life!! I have a new heart rate monitor that I use for riding my bicycle and at certain percentage (I believe 64%) of the maximum it changes from fat burning to fitness can you elaborate, please; I ride it at an 80% HR fitness. With this workout you are doing in this video if you read your heart rate monitor, would it say fat burning or fitness? Thanks in advance.......
