Perhaps try leaving the root touch up creme naturtint for 20-30 mins instead of 10. I leave it on to 20mins as one of their representator said on UA-cam. I also learned to not go more than 3-4 weeks without touching up my roots or else it becomes difficult to catch up and hide them.
Thanks for sharing this info on the hair touch up stuff,well doesn’t surprise me that their hair dyes are not natural,it’s soo annoying that their basically lying to people not a good thing,but anyway thanks for sharing

You are very welcome 💜I think the thing is that the term "natural" is not regulated. This definitely performed worse than other dyes.
