    You are so smart.
I’ve been eating organic since I was a teen.
I’m 57 and teach Yoga now and practice my Ahimsa by being vegan and an animal activist.
I hope you go vegan for the animals and earth.
Thank you for your wonderful channel I just discovered you.
So nice to see a woman who’s in her 50s with an amazing workout and body
and shares all of her knowledge in such an easy to understand way.

Your video is so clear and simple to follow. I started working out in 2011 as I went to 11.9 stone. I went down to 10.7 which was my ideal weight. I did weight training dance exercises Pilates etc. During the pandemic I have put those weight on and so I came across your channel and motivated me again to get back to exercise. Your food looks delicious and simple to do. Thank you for posting those videos because it will help a lot of women especially during menopause

I appreciate that you showed how many grams of protein, carbs and fats to eat within the day while working out. Lately, my IBS has been irritating me and I must start to detoxify my body on a 3-4 day fast as soon as possible. I just don't feel too well. However, I also have to be careful of the various foods I am alergic too as well. Lots of research to do. Yes, I can eat squash, sweet potatoes, warm stirfrye veggies, but can't really digest beans very well. I do exercise 5-6 days per week and it depends how I feel because when I feel like this now I end up doing 25 minutes of yoga instead of my usual Zumba cardio and if I feel a little better later on I get in my strength training for 30 - 40 minutes.

I’m so happy for this video. I’m 42, 178lbs trying to get to 135lbs. I’ve got my macros calculated to 200g carbs, 130g pro, 50g fat. It seems quite similar to yours. I’m going to him my basement gym hard and heavy as you suggested. I’m nervous about so many carbs but I’m trusting the theory that I need to fuel my workout and refuel my body after the workout and to not fear carbs as long as I’m hitting the weights hard and heavy. Is this true?

Do whatever you need to do if it helps you remain consistent. What works for others may not work for you. I prefer fasted cardio because I get sick when I put anything on my stomach, but other people need to eat. What works for you? That's the question & that's what you should do. Hey Melissa, came across you recently and I'm enjoying your videos and finding the content really useful. I would love to know your thoughts on chemical additives in protein powders and oil sprays. I'm mostly plant based and would like to find a protein powder without chemical sweeteners.
