so the 13 year old boat is 50% in value? Boats lose a lot of money/value..? but 13 years of sailing cost 23,000 per year , probably way cheaper than chartering..? I can look but I know I will never be able to afford a Cat..

I think Annapolis is a better sailing town, but Lauderdale is the Mecca for sailing catamarans.
