Honestly, I still want more Gaming for a Nongamer. I know it can't be a permanent series or anything, but that series did so much for helping me bring my wife into the world of games. It helped her so much to see that her discomfort and unfamiliarity wasn't something unique to her. I would love to just see more footage of you and the woman you live with playing games.
That was my favorite series as well. Gaming from diff perspectives would be a way to continue or spin off of it. Maybe older people? Kids?

Full transparency this is the second video i’ve watched of yours, before this I watched your gaming for non gamers video from 2 years ago after it was recommended to me. I then ran to your channel to find your latest video and saw this. I’m very glad to hear you’re going to continue making videos, you’ve earned a new subscriber… or two if you count my other account. Congrats on becoming a dad! And congrats to The Lady You Live With Too! Mine's just turning 5 and I can def confirm that becoming a dad changes a lot in your life, especially how certain story beats and gameplay mechanics will trigger engagement and positive feedback loops in your head once you've spent enough time in tune with and caring for a helpless little bundle of joy. I'm acutely aware that shows and games I loved in my younger years now cause me some distress, so I'll love to see a "How Parents Play Games Differently" video some day from ya.
100% this. That'd be an amazing series - how you view certain games differently after having a baby. It's crazy how stuff that didn't impact you at all before they're born has radically different effects on you post-baby.

Absolutely agree with this, that would be great. Having kids made things that didn't ever bother me before just super emotional in good and bad ways. It's very interesting to compare memories of old playthroughs with some current ones that I wasn't expecting differences in.

It's been a struggle trying to get caught up with Walking Dead and FTWD bc anytime I'm watching children in those shows I just start tearing up and it's distressing like it never was before ... and trying to play through Horizon Zero Dawn again, Rost's becoming a single dad for Aloy and his sacrifice hit entirely different ... I'm not looking forward to the whole Joel/Ellie relationship once I finally get to Last of Us ...

Raz, I honestly don’t remember when I started watching your channel, and I’m pretty sure I’ve never left a comment before, but I just have to say that I wish you all the luck in the world on your new beginning. Becoming a father was one of the most challenging and rewarding things to ever happen to me. Not every day is rosy, and I feel like I fail more often than not, but I wouldn’t trade seeing my daughter grow and flourish for anything in the world.

I just wanted to say that I appreciate how the clips of gameplay you show reflect what you're saying. "Going down the road" in GTA and then making "Impact" with a telephone pole just blew my mind. It really shows how much thought you put into crafting your videos.

lol yeah so I was just trying to find baby clips in general, and pretty much every game I have footage of that includes a baby is creepy in one way or another.

I thought it was really okay (but I am so desperate for timeloop games that I will suffer through almost anything to scratch that itch), until it wasn't at all. It wasted a really good concept to just be weird and shocking.
@@razbuten the twist wasnt the only bad part (tho it did make me laugh) the puzzle design is garbage for a game with 3 rooms and a closet so much of it is useless and i keep thinking of other stuff they coulda put in especially since this game took 6 years to make and only has 3 rooms and a closet

Just found your channel and your videos instantly resonated with me but mostly out of nostalgia since I’ve fell out of video gaming and have been playing dnd instead, then bam you have a dnd podcast!
It's extremely refreshing to get such an honest look into how UA-cam channels are run and the life behind! The stagnation and slowly losing your job is something I maybe knew subconsciously but had never really thought about, but it really opened my eyes to the much more personal part of running a UA-cam channel; not just the demonitization and good thumbnails part. This channel has been one of the few where I can say with confidence that I am always looking forward to a new video, regardless about what it's about. I initially started watching for the insight into video game designs, but I have stayed for the variety of content, because I know that whatever a video will be about it's gonna be well made and interesting.
