Everything he loved is gone, everything he lived for is dead. John Rambo isn't just a man with nothing to lose anymore... he's a man who's both ready and wants to die. But he won't go down without a fight, time to become war one last time Johnny but you don't have to survive war anymore if you don't want to this time.
First I thought this movie was silly but it grew on me. If you rewatch the other films, all he ever wanted was peace and love and yet war always found him. It’s nice to think he at least got one happy decade of ranching while having a family with his platonic housekeeper friend and her granddaughter he helped raise as her own.
I just realized that when Rambo impales the Mexican cartel leader with arrows, there's four arrows on his body, which I like to think represents the first four movies and the knife to the chest is a homage to the fifth movie itself, hence why it's called Last Blood. Im really sorry if this sounds so crazy but it's just the way I see it
Aegon Breakspear As cool as it would’ve been, I think it was still just fine without it. Plus without it, in a way it shows maturity & development to the character.
@@2H2521 Yeah it does show it makes him look older, and 'retired'. I have long hair just like Rambo 1-3, it gets tough to maintain even at my age of 23... Could imagine in real life, Rambo getting sick off it. But I heard it is massive in Native American culture.
I know men from the Italian Special Forces which I train I with. If you keep yourself always trained...you are letal at every age. These men are 60 years old, but they are still war machines...
Let's just say, everyone watched this movie just to see those last 15 mins. The movie is only around some 89 mins. Bruh those last montage and stuff is just 😌🔥🌚
*You send that many don't forget one thing... a good supply of bodybags* , Colonel Sam Trautman. Clearly the Cartels did not watch the first blood film
Probably would’ve been a little cheesy if he just started wearing it in the end, I feel like this makes more sense given his age and the situation. In 4 it made sense for him to wear it given the battlefield location but here it’s all residential
This would have been A Cooler Scene if Rambo found His Red Band and put It back on His Head and found His Classic Gun from The Other Rambo Movies!!!!! That would have been A Very Nostalgic Moment!!!!!
More like a bunch of new players that bought all the pay2win equipment but haven't even completed the tutorial vs. the veteran that hasn't spent a single cent on the game.
In order to start this, you must have a strong memory to remember everything you have planned, including the homemade booby traps(Where would you place them), hostile movement calculations(Where would they be), and familiar battlegrounds(No map will be used as guidance during the fight).
Easily the best scene of the whole film, I lost my shit in the theater when the original theme from Rambo 2 & 3 came on at 1:12. I think this film was way better than anyone gave it credit for & I found it way better than the 2 Creed films. To me, this was a much better send off to the John Rambo character compared to the one that Rocky Balboa got regardless of what the critics said. Both Creeds get love & the pass while Last Blood gets the shaft, I really don’t get it.
Rambo saying he’ll never stop fighting to keep the memories of his loved ones alive and then riding into the sunset in the post credits scene gives me chills to this day.
Gosto de todos os filme de rambo porque ele e um guerreiro solitario mesmo com a idade ja avançada mas continua um soldado forte e corajoso com 75 anos mas silvestre stalone ainda parece com 65 anos mas firme e forte .
*Meanwhile in reality* He slowly rocked back and forth thinking of his plans to kill everyone - the meds the nurse gave him are starting to kick in - this is the most pleasant he’s been in years while receiving a sponge bath.
Hey cartels welcome to the Vietnam era
Bringing any weapons?
Then you ain’t changing nothing
They forgot to bring body bags for their mission. Not for Rambo, but for themselves.
Hugo Martinez time for you to parish
@@SoldierOfFate "You want a war you can't win?"
Despite everyone he has lost; family, friends, brothers in arms, this is what he is best at.
"To survive war, you gotta become war." But this time he doesn't plan on living through it when the battles over, not this time.
You’re right. The years have NOT dulled what he learned in the military.
This is the best part of the movie , this is what Rambo does best . The mind is a powerful weapon.
Rambo 4: You know what you are.
Rambo 5: Now so will they!

Yep
A warrior that forges his own weapons.
For the labor of his efforts is what gives him the strength to wield them.
Love the preparation montage in movies.
Jarod Farrant Stallone is your guy then, because he’s the original master of montage scenes.
Who doesn't

Lui non cadrà mai.
Rambo even dragged Jerry Goldsmith's ghost with him for one last fight. Freaking badass!
Rambo is veteran warrior

Stop overthinking
You didn’t noticed he aimed at where he had the cards earlier? Was all planned
@@JdSnow26 Very true. But it was a 1 in a million chance that martinez would end up in the exact position to have made the right target for Rambo
@@rickyking1790 No because he said "if you want to survive, follow the light", so Rambo planned that he would end up in that exact spot.
Salute to all Green Beret around the world.. they really expert.. 👍💪
What ?

Now this is what i like to call Man Of War!
He turned his farm into the Vietnam War
*Epic*
Idk why the hell critics hated this film. Even david morrell hated it. It was logic an old vietnam veteran fights in long distance combat.

Atleast he still had the knife
And his bow and arrows. Also traps
Rambo is pretty good with bow and arrow.
The cartels are like high rank players with cool guns fighting against a beginner who is secretly a veteran pro in his alt account.

Man, this clip of the new Home Alone reboot staring Macaulay Culkin looks really awesome!
Rocky resisting the closure of his restaurant.
Rambo is like the edgy grown-up version of Kevin from Home Alone
If Kevin was in this movie, He and Rambo would team up and work together
