R.I.P. Jackie Gleason. He was an awesome American actor. In other words, that man was hilarious. Just remember that his portrayal of Sheriff Buford T. Justice will always be there for everyone.
this gag was done first in the return of the pink panther where clouseau gives the robber the bag of money they drop from the robbery freaking universal never put out a special edition of parts 1 2 and 3 you have to get all these cut scenes from tv over the years
Ironically later in the film Buford brags about having a 6th sense when it comes to crime "if some crime is gonna be committed, I know it before they start to commit it and put I can a stop to it. If somebody's gonna do something to me I know immediatly. That is why you've gotta have a 6th sense." "I'd rather have a dime." - Junior The irony is that the shark is stolen off his car by Snowman while Buford is giving thus speech.
@@jamesnoble8205 correct. The longer burt Reynolds cameo, this gas station scene, and a scene where a fisherman caught his hook in the fish as buford drove behind him over a bridge.
@@pdennis93 Out of all of them the twice as long Burt cameo scene should've been left intact. The chopped up short theater one is lame compared to the longer one
Recently saw an old clip of a Pink Panther movie with Peter Sellers. Bank robbers ran by Inspector Clouseau and he did the same thing Buford did, helping them get a dropped bag.
I think you guys are missing the racial tension display of the time. Not that its really any different now days, but back then politically incorrect was acceptable and thought of as humorous more than anything. Reminded me of Archie Bunker. Buford seems to get the wrap of being dumber than what I took away from his persona in the movies. He knew what was going on with the robbery. He made the ski remark up for an excuse not to act against presumably American's steeling from a foreign run station. There are several racial slurs throughout the movies. More accurate to how things are and where than what we are shown these days.
Wow I never thought of that. And he called him good buddy and salute him. Even junior the dumbest character in the film knew they should stop them and had a WTF look on his face from Buford's answer
Tired of these commercials on youtube. I was going to vote for Hillary, but after seeing this commercial for her for the 10000000000000000th time forget it! Trump baby!
"Just fill the tank, Pancho Villa!" Many of Gleason's lines were improvised...LOL!
This was arguably the funniest part of the movie. Add it back in!
"get out of here before I stuff a chiaua (sp) down your throat"! LOL
funny, you cant say stuff like this anymore real freaking shame
@@gkroll8467 I say stuff like this all the time... fuck the snowflakes, feminists and all the other freaks... Freedom of speech :D
To Jackie Gleason You are always the "GREAT ONE"

Hey good buddy you dropped your bag. lmao
Great deleted scene to a great flat out hilarious movie 😂😂😂😂😂!!! "Madame Godzilla is back" Lol
it was on the VHS tape! hahahaha when i die i wanna meet this man!
I LOVE Your videos
We need the original Smokey IS the Bandit cut please with Jackie playing the Bandit roll too... This scene would fit in well!
i remember this scene LOL. there must be a ski resort around here someplace haha. yeah in miami, i don't think so.
What's odd is this scene was present during the edited for TV version I recorded off WGN in the early 90s. It was not on the DVD box set.
It was probably added back in to pad the runtime and fit a TV timeslot.
I wish it was left in there, I cracked up at the "Pancho Villa" joke
Might be that its now considered racist
Jackie Gleason just played himself. Incredibly talented
I never knew about this!!
I thought that was hilarious. I'm gonna stuff a chihuahua down your throat. 🤣🤣 I'm gonna have to remember that one. LOL!
that was funny. never saw it coming.
LOL HE LET SOME ROBBERS GET AWAY! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

LMFAO!!!! Fantastic!
Very funny and fantastic scene
I remember this on tv too, why didn't they include it in the dvd? I think there were some other parts cut out too
They need to include this
i can't imagine this happening in real life with someone robbing a gas station with a cop nearby and them getting away with it! LOL
+Kyle McElravy he rejoined the police but he is an idiot
I think it's ironic, because I hear it really has been happening today.
I guess Buford T. Justice is an Idiot cop back then.
@@gameoholic1994what do you guys think about 2023 it's crazy town.
Why this scene was deleted? The director was an idiot for not adding this

Wish I could find a model g bonneville like that
Florida, Texas, Georgia and some southern states you still see one from time to time.
Buford would never!
hello, I sent you an email, to get the tv USA version of Smokey and the Bandit 3
How did he kept his job
Well, he was out of her jurisdiction and presumably retired, so there’s nothing he could really do about that.
😁😁😁 the way junior was pushing the car 😂😂😂
Absolutely horrible movie.
Yet very satisfying to a Jackie Gleason fan. He truly was "The Great One"
Just fill the tank
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA😁😁😁
LOL!
I can do your lines from all smokey and the bandits
Can you do the made for tv versions with the dubbed over swear words too ?
Pancho villa hahahahaha
