    You actually have 4 breaths, the physical breath, the psychic breath, the mental breath, and the noetic breath..the breath builds, maintains, and destroys the body when it leaves at death..it is with the breath that one can regenerate the body and stop ageing..

    I started with simple box breathing 10- 20 min a day and many of my premenopausal symptoms disappeared after a couple of weeks.
