When I was younger, I failed to get into the university that both I and my family had high hopes for. The disappointment from my loved ones, coupled with my own guilt, weighed heavily on me and kept me trapped in regret and self-reproach. Things didn't change until I started practicing letting go of the past, as taught in Buddhism. I learned to forgive myself and view the situation with compassion. Since then, I have felt liberated from the burdens of the past, creating space for new opportunities and experiences in my life.

It not only demonstrates the profound philosophy of Buddhism on impermanence, but also brings a practical lesson for life. Emphasizing that letting go is not about giving up, but about finding peace in accepting reality, is a subtle yet powerful message. The gentle, easy-to-understand and inspirational expression makes readers feel the value of being freed from mental burdens, and helps them become more confident in their journey of building strength from within.tks

In our holy bible it says to think on the things positive kind upbeat. To not worry is another common bible theme. The theme of putting a humble quiet mind who focuses on 'GOD,' is recurring in the respected also old testament and treating others as well as ourselves (book of Numbers)The new testament Saint Matthew talks of not helping ourselves by worry and self gain préoccupations. A unified peaceful mindvis necessary for Judaism, Christianity and Buddhism whether Mahayana or 'Theravada,or Tibetan. Yes we have different beliefs but we have beliefs. One of them is emotying our minds from all and focusing on G-d on "YHVH." We cannot get any of the good from God if we aren't receptive, with clean clear unoccupied minds ,much like Buddhist monks.❤❤❤✝️🕎☸️🕊️☕

I know what to do and not to do but not having a clue of how to do these. Taking a warm shower, meditation, eating healthy food everyone says the same things. These are only helpful after a long hard day. But having anxiety, childhood traumas and the environment that we live in hinder us from relaxing. How are we going to not focus on negative things in a wold like this? Feeling trapped in my thoughts and living a hell in my brain make it impossible to even breathe. Just need to know HOW?

The subject Divine Metaphysics: Reality Understood Through the Lens of Religion, is a great topic because it allows us to explore ideologies and beliefs with an open perspective. The example used to define religion as more as a guide for moral beliefs is a reality and describing it as a form of influence is also true. Yes, "any real moral principle" [39:22] will be likely adopted or practiced when people trust the source of the teachings is a great point. I enjoyed this subject very much and believe it could be explored further. There are moral standards that I believe we could all agree on and part of me trusts that most of the ethical beliefs we have are similar. Yes, I know there are exceptions but, what is to say that we could not one day agree on Universal rights or standards, decide where we draw the circle and say this things are absolutely great and this are the positive consequences and these are the negative etc. Proving universal moral as does religion however, without the subjective empowerment over the people I think could be beneficial especially when proved through science and history.

One thing i leant different from others in you is it is important to exchange or be open with our ideas opinions suggestion critics for the world to know how we feel against overall view points of others analitically based on genaral back ground to fundermental issues on every day situation to life of theirs in return to ours and their application from principals of buddhism is a bench mark towards both eliminating mental instability and both keeping our bodily fitness on the redar simultaneously so that it wont bother our inner stability and outer stabilty with enviromental changes.

Some stranger somewhere still remembers you because you were kind to them when no one else was. Just a reminder. 😉

When I began to stidy the wayd of Buddhism I ra'alized that Ive been living life this way for most of it since birth. Except for how I allowed the imbalances of sadness and confusion to overtake me for such a long while. Healing journey is going well though now that I AM internally staying in mindfulness. Love to all sentients on path back to the Source of all creation. Be blissed... Always 🙏 ✨

Such a insightful breakdown of habits that hinder mental strength, aligned perfectly with Buddhist principles. The strategies offered, like mindfulness and self-compassion, feel practical and empowering.
