  • I have an old work van that I decided to try these two paintless dent remover kits on. I was highly impressed by both the Pittsburgh crossbar dent repair kit and the pop a dent kit. In the end, I think the Harbor Freight kit was not only a better deal, but also did a better repair.
    NOTE: I AM NOT CHEWING ON GUM. THAT'S THE SOUND THE TOOL MAKES WHEN IT'S LIFTING THE DENT.

    If you tap around the edge of the dent it will help agitate the metal and the metal will try to return to the original shape. I have done that technique with out that device just by massaging the metal back up. And the dents were bigger than those. It will work on small dents also. With the pull from the tool and the tapping at the edge of the dent area it should pop up pretty fast. Try it!

    that tool is for finishing big dents or small only. the aluminum suction cup would better for that big dent or the air tool version.

    Great video this helped a lot. And im not sure why people think you're chewing gum. I guess maybe they should pay attention to what you're doing to the car rather then you're self.lol

      It all depends on the dent you are working on. Each had a benefit, so I would be it on the size of the dent and shape. Which one fits best, that's the one to use.

    I use upside down computer duster to cool the glue and the area instantly thus avoiding the need to wait for the glue to cool at room temp

      hector hurtado nice, but it takes about 1-2 minutes for the glue to cool so it's not worth spending the extra money on a can of air in my opinion.

    Hello, i watched you video, niice by the way, glad it worked.
    Question though...was that tested on real metal or was it fiberglass???...thank you.

    • @salhanna9375
      @salhanna9375  2 роки тому +1

      Metal. Fiberglass can't be pulled as it's a rigid material that will break if bent.
