Fiji Style Goat Curry

Ingredients:
2.5 kg - 3kg goat
1 large onion thinly sliced
1.5 tablespoon crushed ginger
2 tablespoons crushed garlic
2 tablespoon chilli or according to taste
Oil
3 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 whole cinnamon (optional)
2 bay leaves
Handful curry leave
2.5 tablespoon masala
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon chilli powder
3 teaspoon salt (according to taste)
1.5 tablespoon Palau masala (optional, if you don’t have Palau masala then additional 1.5 tablespoon masala)
1/2 teaspoon Chinese salt if you want
Corriender , kasturi methi and chopped curry leave to add in the end

Almost exactly the same as your chicken curry. You even forgot the ginger/garlic paste again. This is just another indian dish.
