    What’s your quantity on the rotis?
    Also do you make mealie meal roti?
    Here in SA 🇿🇦 our Indian parents used the mealie meal as well .. perfectly tasty roti as well

      I use baking powder so that’s what I say

      Interesting as I use a pinch of baking soda only to retain the colour of my green veggies in cooking. Never used baking powder ( normally use it in baking ! ) However when making curries I never use either of these products. Instead with okra a little lemon juice at the end stops the pods from sticking together. 😃

      Thanks sis, I used 2.5 cups of wholemeal flour and 1/2 cup of white flour. Usually I use ashirvad atta but I ran out. To make roti even healthy I add blended spinach and fresh tumeric with some ajwain, and salt
