@My Fiji Kitchen thank u, i live in sf, and I buy my fiji masala from a grocer called neelam....but I feel like the masala is lacking. but I honestly thank u for all ur hardwork in making videos bc fiji foods is my favorite and very nostalgic for me bc I grew up eating a lot of it!
Thanks for sharing this recipe I've made it several times it's so delicious 😋. Please can you do a couple of veg curries maybe white potato, and bhindi potato, baigan potato? Thank you 😊
Also Mum made this curry with 6kg lamb at family reunion. She never made curry lamb before, it was such a hit nobody believed she made it 😂😂😂. And everyone keeps asking her to cook it 🎉😊
Thanks ! It all depends on the size of meat, the heat, the quantity and also the meat. Some lamb cooks quickly and some takes time. It had can take from 30mins to an hour. I would suggest checking in 20-30mins time to see if it is cooked or not
@@lynnishanand1711 Thank you for the good info. I will look for those brands. Also, at the fiji supermarket I see that they have some fiji masala and fiji pulao masala but no brand. I will try those.
Looks Great! We need more Fiji indian recipes on UA-cam

So that the gamey smell goes and it starts frying in spices before adding water to cook it of

Hi hun yummy wats the spices and can u do a recipe for Chunty what's on the plate plz
when you say 5 tsp of "masala" which masala? garram masala or fiji masala? or meat masala? which brand? I always have a hard time figuring this out.
I'm guessing it's garam masala. You could add a tablespoon of meat masala as well. Punjas or Shiu Prasad are brands I would recommend.
@@lynnishanand1711 Thank you for the good info. I will look for those brands. Also, at the fiji supermarket I see that they have some fiji masala and fiji pulao masala but no brand. I will try those.
It's just normal masala. It's only written masala on the packet which most people use here in fiji. Garam n Palau masala are different.
Excellent ❤
