Exactly what I'm doing except we already had the hydro brake I still like the back fender to help with splatter on everything from road debris also mounting them to the frame put the axle, rim, and tire with the spacers together with it , tac , then remove axle and tac another piece front one side to the other while you weld em so they stay together, when finished remove the extra piece
I just learned that when doing my swing arm on a custom bike! Stick welding 7018 too.....good thing I remembered or I would have been all out of alignment.
That's pretty cool! one thing you could of done is cut a length of tubing/conduit to slide over axle and then you could have tightened axle nut to hold it all square while welding. You seem very busy with these videos! I'm too big for the little minibikes : [
when I read the title I assumed you were going to stretch the frame through the motor area in order to make installing the bigger motor easier..you fooled me, and just stretched the wheelbase check the threads in that GPS adapter before you bolt your sprocket onto it...mine had a poorly threaded hole in it, and the thread pulled the first time I put one of the MM factory bolts into it...ended up going 1/4-20 on those bolts to fix it

A bro any ideas my bike don’t turn out only on choke then I have to gas it right away to keep it on when I switch the choke off , any idea what the issue is it’ll run on choke if I let it idrk why
It could be that things are dirty inside the carb. I would clean out the pilot jet and main jet . If you have to choke it to run it must not be getting enough fuel.j
I always start out by changing the main jet because they come with a small main jet. Smaller than needed for a 212. I would raise the needle and see what happens. Have you watched this video? ua-cam.com/video/MnQvIlFX8hM/v-deo.html

If your looking for a tough black paint I highly suggest the Rustoleum high heat grill paint. They have a satin and semi gloss. Dries hard and quick, resistant to heat and spills.
