That bike looks like an antique. Great job on that antique look. I think a tear drop headlight goes better with it because it goes with the antique look. The LEDs look ok, but the tear drop lamp would really set it off. That antique color and the white walls on the tires make it look like a bike from the 30s or 40s. That's one sweet little bike. This bike should be in a mini bike magazine. 👍
that is easily one of the coolest looking minibikes I've seen. What a sweet rig...and with a 2 stage Tillotson....I bet it f'ing rips. Nicely done, sir. I have the Rascal kit (with same front forks/shocks) with a stage 1 Tillotson, and it's freaking scary. Imagine your bike would've been a wheelie machine had you not stretched out the frame.

That thing is so clean. The only thing I would change the front headlight to around Headlight other than that that is one Mean looking machine. Awesome job.
Ya I was going for more of a different look when I started building it. Never got to changing it
@@BudgetBuildsCO awesome build me and my son started on our first mini bike last month. We were doing go karts for a couple years now he got a couple of Coleman’s that he wants to trick out. We’ll see how it goes. Thanks for the video.

Impressive peice of work. Doing a lot of the work yourself can make something like this attainable. If you dont know how, learn how. Knowledge,... get all you can get.

Just making sure I saw it correctly. You have front, rear lights and turn signals all on one relay and one flasher I'm assuming?
so far just lights and break light on a relay. no turn signals right now

got up to around 50. could be more, i started pulling on my buddies that go around 53-57
What wheel bearing size did you use for the front wheel and what size is the axle bolt?
it’s a 12mm axle and i ground down the bearing a little to make it fit i couldn’t find the right size. strictly budget lol

You got to use your head man the cage that you have will not provide enough air to cool the engine so it will over heat .
it gets plenty of air. i’ll do a heat check to check the temp. thanks for the tip
Those fins on the side of the cylinder are how the motor gets air. Every lawnmower or tiny motor i have is naked. Shroud doesnt produce a venturi affect.
You just cost me lots of cash.... Cause that is sick and I need one!

How did you get the torque converter? On I put mine on and the belt is not straight and the drive shaft is not long enough. I have no idea what to do with it now
It should line right up with the plate it comes with. The belt only goes on one way also can be an issue

U realize without fan shroud your engine is gonna start getting hot eventually gonna lock up on you

Do you mean it needs a custom fan shroud, or just a stock shroud?
No it wont. I run all kind of small motors without fan shrouds or govs
