    I also added a gusset from the frame to the engine plate on each side, tucked all the way under the peg bar. The first 15 hours of the predator 212 low rpm mild build cracked the welds where the engine plate and foot pegs tie to the frame.... Just my two cents, also if I had a way to send you a pic of it, I would, just saying..

    About time you put slick tires on your bike. I guarantee that will add some speed on your next speed run

    Dam wondering if that adapter fits on a super pocket bike size 8 rims

  • @mlindsay527
    @mlindsay527 2 роки тому +1

    Looks like you managed, but next time put the axle bolt in a vice and slide the wheel on it. Really helps when the rim is held firmly. Also use some soapy water to help the tire slide over the rim.

    Hey what size pilot jet do you run on that flat slide 24 mikuni? Mine bogs or hesitates on take off if you don’t ease into it or roll into it. I’ve got a 125 main jet. Thanks man I wish I knew half the stuff you’ve forgotten about small engines

    • @Black66
      @Black66  2 роки тому

      Thanks! My bikes are all different with the different set ups. Most of the time I have to bump the the up a size or two.
      You could always grab an assortment of jets and find out which one makes it idle nice and smooth with the air screw 1 to 1/3 turns out.
      Maybe 2.

    I know im super late to this video but if you dont mind What size are those 6 screws you are using for the sprocket and brake disc on the wheel, i have a motovox with the same wheel and im using a Standard screw and its super loose it screws in but wobbles around inthere and backs out within 15 min of riding, but metric wont fit its to tight,, im super confused. THANKS

    Are those the 8 inch wheels and tires?
    Man, all those tools and technology and all you have is an airbrush air compressor 😂😂😂
    You need to make a run to Harbor Freight and Tools to get a little bigger compressor. All kidding aside, been there done that. Keep up the awesome tutorial videos, they’re damn good.

    I think that hydraulic brake kit is the next mod for my MM80 too...
    where did you get that frame kit from? I noticed you have the steel wheels, and my GPS sourced kit has the MM80 "mag" wheels

    • @Black66

      The kit came from Gopowersports. It's the rigid frame. Their kit with the Front suspension has the mags.

    How far apart do those axle mounts on the back need to be?

    • @Black66
      @Black66  2 роки тому +1

      If you take the axle , spacers and mounts and bolt it all together ,you can hold the assembly up to the frame and mark where the mounts need to be welded.
