Why you did not drain the radiator coolant first before opening any of the radiator's hose
It will prevent uncontrolled spillage of the coolant onto the transmission housing

Hi, there runs only water coolant liquid in radiator

If you have an automatic transmission, yes those are transmission cooler lines. Disconnect them obviously
