Kith x New Balance 992 "Steel Blue": Review & On-Feet

I recently picked up a pair of New Balances I struck out on in 2020 - the Kith 992 "Steel Blue" collaboration. This Made in USA pair features Kith's signature blue shade, with light grey leather and dark grey suede overlays completing the familiar look. Love this whole pack. The colorway actually originates from the 1300 Steel Blue (M1300CL or M1300CLS). Out of the pack I think the V2 is the best, followed by the 998 and then the 992. All three are excellent though!

I really like this color way. I own the M992GG and it’s basically the same thing with some minor tweaks. Thinking about coloring the front Absorb SBS dark blue like the Kith because that’s my favorite feature.

Sean can you feel the absorb cushion in the forefoot - as in like it affects the smooth heal to toe transition? I feel it and while not uncomfortable its noticeable and takes away from the comfort, as I can feel where the absorb starts and ends.
