Do you know the best way to find apartments in those more “ hidden” areas? I believe I will have to visit & check out the different sections to see what appeals to me the most. I do not want a hotel.
silverscreen.cc, It is a great idea to check out the neighborhoods in person. I will be making a video about the neighborhoods in the near future. Posting what you are looking for on the Puerto Vallarta Facebook pages is a good start. I usually find the best deals by walking around the neighborhood, looking for rental signs and asking people. It has a great location, centrally located for getting around. The owner, Guillermo knows everything about the town and can really help you out. Alright, one question. How do I convince my wife and kid we need to move there!! :) Great video.
Same here;)
KEEP SAFE AND HAPPY 2022
sun, fresh air, and beautiful sights!
I am very interested in Puerto Vallarta. I loved the video of your friend, Dez’s apartment. I like that she lives in nature but not too far from the beach.
For long-term, budget rentals and affordable apartments, contact Rudi. His Mexican name is Rodolfo Aguero and his email is uniquepropertiesrep@gmail.com. His phone # is 52.322.378.8061 - he is on Whatsapp. He also has a Facebook page called Beaches Please with a lot of listings on it as well.
If you are looking for a great budget place while looking for a long-term rental, I recommend Casa Mis Amores Pvr. It is the main place I live while in Puerto Vallarta. It has a great location, centrally located for getting around. The owner, Guillermo knows everything about the town and can really help you out. He even has a few long-term rentals

Hey Jim, I'm Liz, I live and study here, in Puerto Vallarta/Bahía de Banderas. If you need anything, a tour, a little chit chat, you have your house here!
¡Saludos!

Thought you used to live in the Philippines before moving here. I loved all of your videos about apartment rentals in Manila. Hope you'll return there and make more videos about Manila.
brent T, Thanks for supporting the channel. Yes, I was in the Philippines for over a year and will probably be returning after covid is over and travel eases up.

I want to move to Puerto Vallarta so bad!!! 😭😭😭
Okay! I´ve been feeling like I really wanted to get away for 3 months and this looks like a wonderful place!
OkayKell, I think you will like it here.

Hi Jim, after seeing your interview with Francine I was convinced to move there and just waiting on my passport to be renewed. Hope to see you soon.
Sherlock H., Good luck with your future travels. I think you'll like it.
Hey Denver! My family and I will be visiting PV in March-April. Love to me a fellow high altitude friend!
Jamie Buechler, Let me know when you are in town and we can meet up for coffee or a beer.
Please wear masks when u come down so we don’t get locked down again especially important in tourist areas like the beach towns. The death toll is far higher then what the government health department says.
Denverites surviving the implacable heat ! Need a beach fast!
I’m getting ready within 2-3 to travel down to PV and see if I want to make it my home, hope to find a reasonable place to stay!
You can get tested at a Mexican pharmacy for about 350 pesos ... And results are given in 30 minutes..I just flew back from Gdl and honestly US didn’t even bother to look at my results ..it is the Mexican airport
Good info. It has been about 25 years since I was there...so wow, so many changes.
Michael W, Thanks for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. You probably wouldn't recognize it now.
I enjoyed your video very much...have not decided what part of Mexico yet. Safety is #1 concern.
Mérida..
Rubi Jacczak, I feel very safe here in Puerto Vallarta. I'm working on a video about safety right now. It should be finished in a few weeks.
Mérida Yucatán is the second safest city in America.
And the safest in Mexico.
Yucatán has a great history, culture, food, traditions, ancheology, beaches ... etc etc...
And people are super polite and nice !!!
Greetings from Hamburg Germany 🤗😁😉😊
What a beautiful place you presented in your video.
Have been in Mexico for many years. PV is beautiful but too many people for me. That said, if you are a people person, it is a great place to live. Enjoy.
Patrick van meter, Thanks for watching and taking the time to share your experience.

I really do enjoy your videos on living and retiring around the world. I am very interested in the air B&B that you stayed at in this video.
I've been in Saltillo almost 2 years. See you in PV soon 😁👍
Just came across your channel, retired and considering moving to Mexico hoping to get more details on where to start
Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Puerto Vallarta is a great place to start. I will be posting a video in the near future about the best neighborhoods in Vallarta. Good luck with future adventures.
@@LivingOverseasTV ok great
Great video, are you able to do a video on the realestate market, are prices rising or falling due to the pandemic?
Johnnie Swain, I will be doing a video about the real estate market in Puerto Vallarta. I've been gathering information and have done a couple of interviews already. It will probably be a month or so until it's posted. So far, I think the market has slowed but I don't think prices have dropped.
@@LivingOverseasTV thank you, I'm a new subscriber and look forward to more informative videos. Stay safe
How are things now, 3 months later?
It looks beautiful, how much rent do you pay a month.is the cost of living?
Greetings from Philippines 🌝
Hello I’m front Puerto Vallarta and now live in California
Fantastic Video - Thank you. One question, what is the name of the restaurant with the waterfall and where is is located please?
Nice I stayed with Guillermo too and it’s a beautiful and economic location!
Francisco Urrea, Guillermo, and Veronica are amazing.
Another great video. You mentioned there are no visa requirements if staying for less than 6 months. Have you done any videos about the process if one wants to become a permanent resident? In 2 other videos I watched you introduced your friend Dez (travel blogger), and an older woman (name escapes me), who both live there permanently. Plus, I think you mentioned that you have now relocated there permanently. The process and requirements for how one can do that would be appreciated. I look forward to following your channel.
think planet earth, Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. Here is a link that I think will answer all your questions: www.mexperience.com/financial-criteria-for-residency-in-mexico/
