He really did, absolutely left his mark on every era in such a loving way! And I'am too, i remember seeing him talking about it on Facebook and how it was only gonna be printed in Japan and such, but finding out it would grace this lovely set just.. DAMN. Icing on the cake!

Such a fierce and intimidating design without a doubt!! I'm hoping for a Bandai MMS Series Release of that design again since they did such a great job with '95 Gam!

Very cool looking set. I'm just coming here after splurging on some blu rays after a couple year break on spending. Got the Godzilla Showa collection, the 2 Gamera releases, and a bunch of Heisei Godzilla blu rays. I'm happy all these Kaiju movies are available to put on our shelves. Can't wait to watch all of these!
I was really looking forward to getting this. Mine was cancelled from Amazon. I did contact Arrow and they said,
Thanks for your email. We’re sorry as unfortunately all stock has shipped to North America and it seems that Amazon may have oversold and taken more pre-order than they have allocated stock. This set has now sold out from us too but a standard version will follow early next year.
I am happy that any of us that couldn't get this set, will be able to get this other set next year. I have no idea if it will be the same set, with the artwork and comic or if it will just be the movies, in a basic case. Either way I am happy. I really wanted this set and I really wish that companies would stop doing this with pre orders. I could have ordered it from some other place but I didn't get any notification that my order was cancelled, until like a week later. By then only ebay had it from scalpers. 😔

Hi Rob, i may be extremely late but i have to give my two cents on this. While i love this collection of Gamera, i'm not happy on how i got this collection.
I preordered it from Amazon for this collection and upon release, i haven't gotten any notification and instead i learned that America gets a very limited number of these copys (which is beyond stupid considering the amount of kaiju fans here) and most likely i got screwed over by scalpers upon seeing the ebay listings for ridiculous prices. I was not happy, so i opt to get the European version which has *WAY* more copies than the American version and thankfully they work perfectly as they're region a and b. While i love the collection, Arrow really annoyed me about the extreme limited numbers which Amazon shares the blame as well.
I'm definitely gonna have to get this. Nice review.

As of right now, it appears its mostly sold out. Arrow Video hasn't commented on a restock just yet, but I've seen many people saying to keep an eye out for the official listing on Amazon and Walmart's website! Sadly, scalpers are already doing their crappy thing and ripping this thing into new price heights.
